Do you know when you plan on updating this story ? I 'd really like to know how often you are going to update too.
Story is good but MC is just so disappointment he is so afraid of a person who questioning him he tell him all of his secret about system,power it's just don't fill right.
Hmm, it is a good story to read in spare time since concept of getting powers from fishing is not very repaeted plot so still giving 4 stars as it is a fun read
I read till chapter 50 and all I can say is that the author is a huge weeb. Ice fruit - Ice Ice fruit from One piece, Wood - Hashirama Mokuton, Impure World Reincarnation Scroll - Edo Tensei no Jutsu from Naruto... Also there are lots of anime references...
The MC barely uses his fishing skill, even though fishing is literally in the title and he has a fishing Class and System.... The translation is also garbage. The grammar is terrible and it took me ages to figure out that the "Frozen Fruit" is actually supposed to be the Devil Fruit belonging to Aokiji from One Piece, because the translator didn't bother to use the actual names for the fruit, Aokiji or any of the related skills. Even if you want to avoid copyright, you could've made it more obvious what you're actually talking about. Overall it just reads like a piece of particularly bad fanfiction...
Fishing book with next to no fishing. The seldom times he does go fishing he gets abilities but the progression is ridiculous and all his abilities are instantly at their most powerful. No power progression since everything is maxed out at the start, even for an OP MC style novel its disappointing since the only reason for his OP status comes from something that's barely explained.
Really enjoyed this novel. Author seems to forget to mention items but a good novel
i thought the mc gonna fishing like an actual fish, and the fish after eaten will grant him stats or skill, well the people are very dumb, everyone is like NPC, i hope this doesn't get picked, instead pick something better, this one is a no.
Common chinese FF like story, but he gets items from other worlds and use ff common tropes on his "new" game world version. .................................
i haven't read it yet but from synopsis alone is like fanfiction already ice ice fruit kuzan, get wood the become budha hashirama, but i'll read it first then i'll edit the review
the lack of fishing is a real let down , i came to see a harvesting and farming novel but was let down but the auther going into very cliche face slapping / china is the best trope
Has a profession, doesn't use it. Has a fishing skill, doesn't level it. Has a luck stat, doesn't increase it. Has mana and attack power stats, doesn't need them. There isn't even the interesting caveat of beating stuff up with a fishing pole.. nope, he uses a sword. This is just a generic wish fulfillment novel that doesn't engage with the initial premise at all beyond using it once to gain power and proceed to do whatever he wants. You could replace fishing with a gatcha, check-in, or treasure chest and it would make no difference to the story.

You call this a novel about fishing?! In all 19 chapters I've read, the MC has fished ONE item. What's the rest of the novel about? Why, the MC runs around killing monsters with his frost fruit (literally the ice-ice fruit from One Piece). Mediocre dungeon fantasy, but only gets two stars because of false advertising.
