Capítulo 62: Getting farmiliar with the academy part 3
Max got into the simulation and started to read the books. He did not want to get tricked by some retards because he was lazy to know the rules. After reading each of the two books for two times he got the next important points:
- He could teach potentially unlimited amount of classes. For each class he will teach he will get paid more. Each teacher had to take a minimum amount of classes dependent on the type of courses they were teaching.
- He could use force when one student was threatening him or another student. It was advised to warn the student before acting. If power will be used without reason the teacher will be heavily punished.
- He had the ability to remove a student from his course with sufficient evidence that the student was not doing what it takes to continue the course.
- He had authority over teachers at a lower level in a case of an emergency.
- He needed to build a class that he will over see. He had the ability to choose the students himself. It was advised to build it from student that are overtaking the entrance tests every year. The tests should be one week before the starting of the study year.
- He could pick students to his class that did not pass the tests of the academy.
-He could ask the academy for funds for teaching the student in a special way or environment. It will have to be approved by the principle only because of his status of senior teacher.
- His salary will be 5 gold coins per month. If extra classes will be taken he will get more.
- The way his students perform will represent his prestige in the academy.
- A student cannot use his noble status on other students on the territory of the academy. This student may be punished by the teacher.
- There will be a teachers rating that will include all teachers. It will include the rating according to performance and according to the students review.
- The teacher may use all of his force to defend against illegal attack from outside forces.
- Verbal abuse towards the teacher can be punished.
- He could get register his class to one of the training grounds. It was advised to do it with a few days before.
- He needed to mark the passing mark or condition for his course. If it will be unreasonable he will get punished.
- If the teacher want to punish a student physically he have to lower his level of strength to the level of the student.
There were a lot of different things written but those were the more important phrases Max wrote for himself. He got a general idea of what he needed to know. He also talked with the system about devising general cultivation techniques for the general population. He got the acknowledgment of the system. The system made two cultivation techniques. One to the level of apprentice mage and the other up to the third level of apprentice knight. Max did not make higher level techniques for a few reasons. The first was the price. Even for this cultivation techniques the prices were high. 50 magic crystals for the mage apprentice cultivation technique and 500 gold coins for the knight cultivation technique. Max wanted the academy to buy those cultivation techniques from him and then use them by his rules. He was sure it will be fine. Because even those cultivation techniques were priceless. The academy got a lot of funding from the country because they were nurturing talents that lead the country in the future. Money should not be a problem here.
After getting his plans for the near future Max did a little fighting with the bot like always. He needed to stay in shape. He did not forget to visit Valeria and "train" her well. He liked this women. She was so diligent yet so wild.
After a very productive night Max, Valeria, Derek and Rey gathered together to eat breakfast. They still did not know where they could eat at the academy. After that they exited the gaming club, preparing to continue to look after different locations at the academy. They had time until the beginning of the study year. Just as they got out they heard a sound of someone hitting someone else and a girl crying. Max frowned. He did not think things were that bad. They were just outside the commoners accommodations.
They walked towards the sounds and saw a picture of a noble youngster hitting other young commoner. There were a few nobles standing at the side a laughing from time to time. They were enjoying the show. There were also a few commoners standing by the side. They were most likely friend of the kid that was beaten harshly by the commoner. He was drenched in his own blood. One of the girls was bowling her eyes out. She wanted to help but she was helpless. She was not even a knight apprentice and the noble was at the second level of knight apprentice. The commoner must be someone talented because he was a level one knight apprentice at the age of twelve. The noble was 14 years old.
"How dare such a trash like you to not accept my request you piece of shit! I wanted to give you my grace and include you in my function and you refuse? Well then let me give you a little lesson. I will come from time to time to say hello. To kick the living soul out of you. Hehe. Don't worry. I see the girl there is worrying for you. When she will grow up I will take her before your eyes. I let you watch the process! Haha. You will enjoy it! Haha!" The noble said.
The noble name was Blake Graham. One of the sons of duke Graham. The commoner was named Jake. He was laying on the ground, while getting hit but the noble from time to time.
Max sighed. It was too much. Where are the teachers? Why no one calling anyone?
He got the point. The system was fucked. The youth was coughing blood. He may even die if this will continue.
Max came towards the two groups of students and said: "Alright leave him alone. You will be punished for beating a student to and threatening another. Are you ready to receive your punishment?"
