Chapter 3: Marvel

"Marvel, I'm in fucking Marvel,"

As if confirming my thoughts, the Celestial Forge decided to move once more. This time, the Celestial Forge tried to reach for a new constellation called: Domain: Crafting (Technology). If I had to guess, it was most likely a constellation dealing with methods of crafting with the constellation specializing in technology.

Unfortunately, it was not enough. Even with the energy I had banked and the energy I accumulated for this time, It was not enough to reach one of the stars. The energy then returned and was banked for the next time the Celestial Forge decided to act up.

This slight distraction helped me calm down from the very fact that I was in Marvel.

Fucking Marvel.

I sat on my bed with my head in my hands as I tried to get used to the realization. I know I said this a lot of times, but what the actual fuck is going on!? Tony Stark is supposed to be a guy made of ink, not flesh and blood, the Stark Expo was only supposed to be an event in the Ironman 2 movie, I was not supposed to be alive!

Wait, am I even real?

I didn't even realize I was hyperventilating until it became hard to breathe. I tried to calm myself as I regained control of my breathing.

One. Two.

One. Two.

One. Two.

As I calmed down, I went back to the dining room to clean up the mess I created as I thought about my situation. Once, I found cleaned up the milk and the pieces of glass, I went back to my room. I wanted more information. I needed more information.

'Just how am I supposed to do that?'

I looked back to the computer and sat back down on the chair as I gathered my thoughts. Yesterday, I had a small flashback, and it was not a memory of my past life, but the past of this Jay.

Maybe I can give it a try.

I placed my fingers on the keyboard and closed my eyes and concentrated. I tried to recall the memory of this body, but the only thing I could remember was the memories of my past life.

After five minutes, I gave up.

Sighing, I leaned back on my chair and looked up at the ceiling.

"What am I supposed to do now?" I said out loud.

I noticed my phone on the desk and picked it up. As I woke it, I found the lock screen consisting of a keypad of numbers. Seeing the type of lock made me think of something.

'Will this work?'

I slowly pressed the sequence of numbers I had used for my phone in my last life. And the final number, the phone unlocked and showed its home screen.

"Yes!" I exclaimed in triumph

I didn't think my past life's phone password would work. But would It be the same for my computer?

And so I went back to my laptop and tried the same password and… It worked!

Although, I don't know whether I should be happy or disappointed that my bad habit of using the same password for everything saved me.

After I logged into my computer and opened Chrome and started searching for my information and the information about the world. "Information is power!" or so the saying goes. Although, I don't know who said it.

First things first, I should try to find my personal information such as emails or social media, or even contacts.

For some reason, this Jay didn't have any social media account except for Facebook and Google. And his only contact on his phone is Bhen.

'He's worse than me!' I couldn't help but think.

At least I had a few friends in my previous life, but this Jay had no one.

No one, but his sister. No wonder he was depressed. Now that I think about it, I think I would have ended up the same if I hadn't started swimming.

"Damn." I couldn't help but let out.

I continued to search through the computer. I saw games and files containing schoolwork. To be honest, I half expected the cliché homework file containing definitely not homework, but alas, there was none.

Once I collected enough information about myself, which was not a lot, I started browsing the web. My knowledge about Marvel was pretty limited since I only watched the MCU movies and probably a few X-Men movies as well as the Fantastic Four and Spider-man movies. Basically, I didn't read the comics. There were some bits of knowledge, that were made up from facts I would sometimes read while scrolling the Wiki or social media. But otherwise, it wasn't much. I mean, who says that this world is the exact same as the movies?

And so the first thing I did was to search for some news about the different heroes such as Ironman, Captain American, Hulk, Fantastic Four, and more. I also opened up a notebook where I would write everything I knew about Marvel since I don't trust my brain too much. It's not like I had an eidetic memory.

However, before I could start my research-Groowwwl.

… I better go finish breakfast first.

And so, after finishing my breakfast, I started doing my research, I wrote down everything I remembered from the movies in my notebook. In the MCU, I watched all the movies until Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness which is pretty much the phase four of Marvel. Unfortunately, because my memory is not the best, I couldn't remember exactly the dates of the events except for major ones such as the Chitauri Invasion or the Stark Expo. However, I can figure that out later. On the Tv, the news anchor said that the Stark Expo was currently ongoing and there has been no mention of a fight between a crazy Russian and Ironman at the Monaco Race or killer drones going Skynet on everyone which means that it's the beginning of Ironman 2.

But that's where the similarities between this world and MCU ended. For some reason, the Fantastic Four existed in this universe. Now, I'm not going to lie. I only knew about the 2007 movie of them. And they looked nothing like their actors. Hell, Tony Stark looked like Robert Downey Junior. Captain America looked like Chris Evans from the few black-and-white pictures I could find. But Fantastic Four? Nope. For one, they looked way younger than I expected. Johnny Storm, or The Human Torch, looked like he was probably sixteen or seventeen. Basically, my age. Reed Richards looked like he was in his twenties along with Susan Storm. And, Ben Grimm, was basically a huge pile of orange rock. There was not much of a change there.

The next big thing was that mutants existed. I tried checking them to see if they existed and found a few articles about them. There were some mentions of the X-men themselves, but it's not like they appear on TV often.

However, not much was known about them. At this point, they were more like urban legends than facts.

The fact that the mutants' existence was speculated simply cemented the fact in me that they existed and that made me think,

'Is the Celestial Forge a mutant ability?'

It's not like I could check it out myself, I would need to confirm the presence of the X-gene and I had no clue how to do that. It's not even important right now.

Finally, the last thing I searched for was Oscorp Industries. I tried searching for Spider-man, but the only results I could find were some conspiracy theories about some New-York vigilante. Either Peter Parker didn't get bitten yet or he did but didn't have his debut yet. Or maybe he was keeping it low-key for now.

"In conclusion, this world is a mix of MCU, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-man. That's one hell of a cluster fuck," I couldn't help, but chuckle at the ridiculousness of my situation.

Not to mention, whatever bullshit is out there in space like Thanos who would, one day, snap half

the population of the universe out of existence. Although, I don't even know which Thanos this world would have. I heard that in some version, he wanted to sacrifice half the population of the universe just to please the "woman" he was pursuing Lady Death. The very embodiment of Death.

I couldn't help but shiver at the prospect of an insane serial killer on the loose in space. And Thanos was not the only one, there was Hela the goddess of death, Loki, the Kree, and other alien bullshit. Let's not even talk about the whole Multiverse shenanigans.

I sighed. This was all too much. What the hell was I supposed to do with all this? No. The real question is whether I should even intervene at all. At the end of the day, the heroes win right?

They save the day… right?

I leaned back in my seat as I thought about the question. What if I simply lived my life as it is? What if I don't do anything simply let the plot go through its course? What if I just forget about everything that is going to happen and grow up? What if I just let it be?

I got off my chair and went to put on my jacket and shoes. I needed to go for a walk. Looking at the time it was 1:00 PM therefore I had a lot of time left before Sonia comes home. As I left the house, I began to walk. Since the neighborhood was almost the same as my past life, I can easily find my way back. If not, I had Google Maps on my phone. I also wanted to explore the difference between this world and my last one.

As I walked, I stumbled upon a small park where I could see many people playing or simply relaxing. Since it was the month of April, the snow was all gone, but it was still slightly chilly. I saw parents seating on benches watching their children play, couples taking a walk together, and animals running around. There was also a group of kids playing together. I decided to seat on a lone bench and relax.

Were they really just characters in a movie? Aren't they real? I can feel my flesh, I can feel my breathing. The Jay who passed away due to depression felt real. This whole world feels real. But was it really?

"Look at me having an existential crisis at fifteen years old." I chuckled, "Or was it eighteen?"

I felt the wind blowing, the grass beneath my shoes, and the laughter of the people around me. It was real. It was all real.

That's it.

Nodding my head, I came to a decision,

"This world is real. This was not some movie or comic. This was a real world and I will treat it as such. This means that people dying was not some plot device to advance the story, but real people dying. Tony Stark is not some famous comic character, but a real person. Hydra was not some evil organization in a movie, but a real threat to humanity, and Odin wasn't some god in a movie, but a real powerful being capable of conquering nine realms for himself.

And I can help. I decided to live a fulfilling life since the gods, if they are real, gave me a second chance. And living aimlessly is not really living is it, eh? I can help prevent tragedies from happening. I was even gifted with the Celestial Forge to help me. And it would be a shame to not use it, right? I can help the heroes defeat the villains without having a lot of casualties.

But how? As of now, I was a fifteen-year-old Indian kid with an overweight body and a not-so-brilliant mind. I didn't have the capacity to create something amazing like Tony Stark or Peter Parker.

As if to respond to my question, the Celestial Forge moved once more. The energy inside of me decided to reach for a new Constellation called Domain: Databases: Magical. However, the built-up energy reached for a small star and grabbed it. Suddenly, my entire body felt like it was on fire. I was so caught off-guard by the power that my breath was knocked out of me.

"Ngh!" I tried to hold my voice, but I couldn't help, but let out some whimpers of pain.

'Make it stop! Make it stop! Oh my gods, this is painful!'

It felt like my very soul and body were dipped in lava all the while I was being stabbed my screws everywhere in my body. After what felt like an eternity, it finally stopped, and I gasped for breath.

"Huff! What the-Huff! What the hell!?" I couldn't help but let out. Thankfully, nobody was near me otherwise it would have been really awkward to explain what happened. But that was not the problem. The problem was the power I had gotten. I quickly got off the bench and almost ran home. The only reason I didn't start running was that I was too tired from the body modifications.

But this is insane. The power I had gotten was game-changing. Ten minutes later, I arrived home and quickly ran up to my room and took out my Workshop key and, with shaky hands, inserted it into my closet door. I threw the door open and there it was. At the corner of the entrance hall was a wooden locker. It had an ancient Japanese feel to it. It was a small two feet cube locker. Its door had a very familiar symbol. A symbol every kid of my generation knew. It was a leaf. A leaf found in a very specific story.

My hands shook. I couldn't believe this is happening to me. If I had a mirror in front of me, I could see my massive grin. A grin so large, you wouldn't think it was possible. I was shivering in excitement.

"Calm down, Jay. Just calm down."

I took deep breaths as I calmed myself down and opened the door. Inside was a scroll. I gingerly took the scroll out and opened it. And there it was. The scroll contained a technique that made an orphan child into one of the strongest people in his world. It was his signature technique: The Shadow Clone Jutsu. The Celestial Forge has granted me a chakra network and the most famous technique in the Narutoverse.

As I stared at the scroll in shock, I did one thing: I laughed. I laughed and laughed. I laughed so hard I was on the floor clutching my stomach. I couldn't believe it. I know I said the Multiverse existed and that I was in the Marvel universe, but this was something from a manga.

A goddamn manga!

Was the Celestial Forge pulling creating these powers or simply pulling them out of their respective universe? In any case, this basically confirmed that works of fiction had their own universe!

I didn't wait for a single second. I grabbed the scroll once more and read the technique that would help me. It was written in a way that even a toddler would understand. In the Naruto manga, they never told in detail how the technique worked except that one needed to mold half their chakra and expel and the fact that the memories of the clones returned to the original after they popped out of existence.

After fifteen minutes, I finished reading and understanding the technique. Now it was time to execute it. After getting forcefully implanted in a chakra network, I felt like I was full of energy. As if, I had drunk three cups of espresso in one shot and the feeling stayed with me instead of dissipating. From what I know of chakra, it was energy born out of the combination of spiritual energy and physical energy and it could be used in various ways such as physical strengthening, casting techniques, or even just being fit. This would help me a lot when I would go exercising.

And so, I put the scroll away and prepared myself. I felt the energy within. It was easily noticeable due to it being implanted in me and not something I was born with. On the other hand, It felt as if I had it my entire life. The way the energy moved inside my body felt almost instinctive.

I brought my hands together and made a cross with my index and middle fingers before pulsing my chakra according to what the scroll said. It was weird. It was exhilarating. The way my chakra moved was unreal.

*Pop*

A popping noise was heard, and a cloud of smoke could be seen. When it dissipated, standing in front of me was a carbon copy of me down to the very clothes I was wearing. The clone and I simply stared at one another. This is a superpower. A real superpower!

The clone then spoke,

"I guess this is really happening, huh?" he said.

I snorted,

"Yeah. It's real," I replied.

"Try doing something without my knowledge," I spoke.

The clone thought for a moment before letting out a grin giving me a bad feeling.

"Wait here." He told me and went out of the workshop.

'What's this bad feeling?'

Two minutes later, I clutched my head as memories suddenly rushed into my mind.

"Son of a bitch!" I cursed, "That fucking clone!"

Who knew that guy would suddenly go to the kitchen and stab himself in the eye!? And since I have his memories, I knew how funny he thought it would be to mess with me like this. I took a deep breath.

"At least the Shadow Clone Jutsu worked. Let's see how many I can make."

I concentrated once more and pulled as much chakra as I could muster without killing myself and executed the technique. Three pops and puffs of smoke later, I could see three copies of myself. One on my left, another in front of me, and the last one on my right. The one on the right had an irritated expression while the other two had a grin.

"How's the memory?" one of the clones who had a grin asked,

"It was not funny. I didn't know he would just kill himself. I thought he would like... write something before popping like in the anime." The irritated clone replied.

The other clone with a grin started laughing while the irritated one simply pinched the bridge of his nose,

"I thought it was funny!" the one laughing said,

"Well, it was not." the irritated one said.

It was weird seeing copies of myself argue. Does that make me mentally unstable? I have no clue. It's not like that kind of guideline applied to people with superpowers. On the other hand, I was panting.

"Looks like three clones are my max," I spoke.

"Yeah, we wouldn't want to kill ourselves making more." The irritated clone replied.

The clone in front of me nodded,

"How much chakra Naruto would have to make thousands of them?"

"Yes." the one on my left said.

"That's not an answer." The one on my right said.

"It is."

"It's not."

"It is!"

"It's not!"

"Enough." I ended their argument.

"So what's going to happen now?" the one in the front asked.

"I'm going to take a rest. I used almost all my chakra just spawning you guys."

I felt like I had done a whole HIIT workout in just a few seconds.

"Yeah, you need to get in shape."

"No need to remind me. I'll go rest now. You can pop yourselves now."

"Sure."

And so all three of them popped. However, just as they disappeared, I also received their memories. It was weird seeing the conversation from four different perspectives. I then noticed something odd, my chakra reserve had filled up a little.

"Huh? I didn't know I could get back some of the chakra. The anime never mentioned that."

I shrugged. It's not like I was going to reject this unexpected development. Since I got some of the chakra back, I decided to experiment with it. I sat down in a lotus position and closed my eyes, I concentrated my chakra and tried to move it. When I used the hand sign, it felt like my chakra had a pathway and I just needed to move the chakra in that track to perform the technique. Now, I tried to circulate the chakra in my body. The chakra in my body resided in my stomach and acted like the dantian in those wuxia novels. I grabbed the chakra and tried to circulate it throughout my body. The warmth started from my stomach, then to my chest, before going to my arms and legs. It was like I was taking a warm bath. I also felt more energetic than before. I couldn't even describe the feeling. It was so invigorating.

I then opened my eyes and checked the time on my phone,

"Fifteen minutes! What the hell!?" I exclaimed in surprise.

It felt like I had only spent five minutes trying to move my chakra in my body when in reality I spent fifteen minutes. This was too long. I better practice to make the circulation faster and more fluid. On a whim, I tried to concentrate my chakra in my arms. Slowly but surely, the warmth spread into my arms, and I felt my strength increase.

"Woah."

The increase in strength was unreal. I looked around in the workshop for something to use my newfound strength on and found a steel pipe. Grabbing both ends of the pipe, I tried to bend it.

*Criiick*

To my shock, the pipe, which was around five inches in diameter and about three feet in length, bent a little

"Holy shit," I whispered.

In my hand was a bent steel pipe. I did that!

"This is awesome!"

However, the strain of using chakra for the first time in my life was getting to me as I let go of the chakra in my arms. The tiredness was similar to doing a four hundred meters freestyle at full speed. There was also the fact that I got hungry once again. Not too long ago, I had eaten lunch while doing my research, but just half an hour of chakra use had me hungry again. Now I understand, why Shinobis ate a lot. I went back to the kitchen and grabbed some food Bhen had made.

And so, the rest of the day passed with me researching about the world and Naruto in the hope of possibly replicating what they do in the show.

***

At around 8:00 PM, I heard my sister enter the house,

"Jay! I'm home!" I heard her say.

I closed my laptop and hid my notebook where my sister wouldn't find it before going downstairs.

"Hey, Sonia," I replied when I saw her take off my jacket. When she saw me, she walked straight to me and hugged me catching me off guard.

"Wha-"

"Shut."

I stayed silent and simply hugged back.

"You okay?" I asked.

Sonia released me,

"I'm the one who's supposed to ask if you are okay."

I nodded,

"Yeah. I'm fine."

"Are you sure?"

I nodded. My new chakra prevented me from feeling tired for too long.

"I made food since it looks like you've had a long day," I said.

Right before she came, I had made some pasta with the few ingredients we had at home so she didn't have to make something.

Sonia smiled,

"Thank you, Jay. Have you eaten?"

"Nah. I was waiting for you."

"Alright, let me wash up, then I'll join you at the table," my sister replied.

"Alright."

I then went to the kitchen in order to set up the dining table when the Celestial Forge moved once more. The energy within me reached for another Constellation called Domain: Quality: Appearance. A portion of the energy was used and snatched one of the smaller stars.

Suddenly, the world seems to shift as I found myself in some sort of throne room. I looked in front and saw a person of authority that reminded me of the pharaoh in Ancient Egypt. I was kneeling on the ground as he instructed me to build a monument for his tomb. My only answer was yes. The scene shifted and I was now in the desert. I was standing on a platform overseeing slaves as they transported masonry blocs for the monument. I had multiple papers on a table depicting plans and sketches for the various traps and formations. My king needed his resting place to be the most secure place in Nehekhara. No intruders shall touch the monument.

Suddenly, I saw one of the slaves fall making the block his group was carrying collapse. Unacceptable! This slave dares! With a whip in my hand, I marched toward the slave and began whipping him hard. He dares to disrupt the work the king has given me! He shall pay for his insolence! I continued to whip and hear his cries until it was enough. He is still a slave and I needed him to work. The vision changed once more, and I found myself looking at a pyramid with a smug expression. I had done. A beautiful tomb made for the king with so many traps no one would dare to disrupt the king.

The vision ended and I found myself panting hard. My memories were jumbled up as a load of different memories was suddenly implanted in my mind. Was I Jay or the Necrotect? I quickly ran to the other bathroom in the house and sat down on the toilet seat before repeating my identity in order to separate the memories.

"My name is Jay. Jay Patel. I'm fifteen years old and I go to Midtown Highschool…"

I continued to repeat my identity in this life in order to regain myself. After what seemed like an eternity, I calmed down. The memories I got. It seemed like it was the memories of another version of myself in another universe.

"Holy shit. The Celestial Forge is more dangerous than I thought it would be."

I continued to take deep breaths as I realized what Celestial Forge has given me. This power allowed me to become gifted in architecture and trap-making. It also allowed me to know exactly what my client, if I had any, wanted me to build. It was almost like mind-reading, but just for Architecture. My mind also seemed to adapt as I could now effortlessly create a 3d version of a building or monument in my mind as well as instinctively know which material I needed for its construction. It was hard to describe, everything was instinctive instead of something I learned. It wasn't like I had become intelligent or something. I just had good instincts for architecture. I looked around the room and I could instinctively feel how the bathroom had been built and what I could do to improve it.

"Jay! Where are you?"

I heard my sister call for me. I got up from my seat and quickly grab hold of the counter as a sense of vertigo assaulted me. Steadying myself, I turn the tap on and splashed my face with water. Once I found myself, I dried myself and went to the dining room where I saw my sister putting plates filled with pasta on the table.

"Where were you? I called you multiple times." She said concerned.

"Sorry, I had to run to the bathroom really quick."

"Did you wash your hands?"

"I'm eighteen. Not a toddler, Sonia."

Sonia paused,

"Eighteen?"

'Fuck! You're an idiot Jay!'

"Fifteen! I'm fifteen." I quickly corrected, "I wish I was eighteen though."

Sonia looked at me with a raised eyebrow. I hurriedly changed the subject before the atmosphere became more awkward.

"How's the pasta?"

Sonia took a bite and nodded,

"It's good. I like it"

"Great!"

I took a seat and began eating. That's when I noticed something odd. I stood up and looked at my chair. It was crooked. One of the legs seemed off. If it hadn't been for my new power, I wouldn't have noticed it.

"What's wrong?" asked Sonia.

"It's just the chair is a little crooked."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but it's not like it's going to be a bother," I replied, but that was a lie.

It was going to bother me. It just felt wrong, but I didn't let it show on me. My new power made me develop some sort of OCD for designs and architecture. Fortunately, it was not something severe.

We talk about a lot of things such as the news and hobbies. I know my sister was trying to avoid the topic of my supposed suicide and I'm grateful since I didn't know what to tell her due to the fact I had no memory of ever doing it. Soon, we finished our plates, and my sister was about to pick up the plates when I stopped her.

"Let me do it since you've had a long day."

Sonia looked at me,

"What are you talking about? You never do the dishes."

'You never do the dishes? What do you even do, man.'

I shook my head and gave smile,

"It's okay. I told you yesterday. I decided to change and helping you is the start."

Sonia was silent for a moment before placing her plate down.

"Alright. Then I'll go to my room. Try not to break any plates. They're expensive." She replied with a teasing tone.

"I know."

I picked up the plates and started washing them. As I washed the dishes, I wondered how my presence was going to change the future. In my past life, I read and heard about something called the Butterfly effect theory where something small could affect a major point in the future or so how the theory goes. An example would be that this Jay should've died, but I somehow occupied this body thereby changing the future. Although, in my opinion, it's not like the future is set in stone.

Soon, the dishes were clean, and I went back to my room. I glanced at my sister's room only to see the door closed.

'She's probably sleeping or relaxing. I better not disturb her.'

I went back to my room and into my Workshop. I sat down in the middle of the Entrance Hall and began to practice manipulating my chakra.

***

A whole week had passed, and it was currently April 25th, 2011. During that week, I continued my research on this world. I also went to the library to check history books about this world. I tried my hand at science and physics. Since science is a major part of the Marvel Universe. As long you were smart, you could do anything from getting superpowers to finding a method to time travel. But there was no such luck. I was bad at it. Even with my mind getting better due to the fact that I had the knowledge of a Necrotect, formulas seemed to jumble up in my mind. But I wouldn't give up. Even if it was confusing, I like science. Although, the only thing that seem to stick, was subjects about architecture or designing furniture stuff. At least, I refreshed my memories of my high school education. Although, there was some stuff I had to learn due to the fact that it didn't exist in my previous life.

Thankfully, shadow clones helped a lot. They would read books about one thing while the other read a book or researched about another. And since Sonia was at work, most of the days of the week, he had the house to himself the whole time. I also practiced his chakra circulation. I went outside and brought some leaves and tried to make them stick to my body without any support. For the first three days, nothing happened. I tried making the leaf stick to his body for multiple hours a day. On the third day, I was about to cry bullshit and give up on the technique in the anime when a leaf finally stuck to my forehead. The joy that so immense, but it was immediately squashed when it didn't even stay five seconds. At least, it worked. I now had a clear way to train my chakra. I also had my clones train to increase my chakra control.

I also started working out. The first day my sister saw me trying to work out, she started treating me like a madman.

"You never worked out in your life!" she would say then I would give the same story about turning my life around. Nonetheless, she was happy about what I was doing.

I don't know what kind of life this Jay lived, but this is my body now. I'm the captain now! And so, I worked out. I started running in the morning, but it was heard. This body was too much. After not even ten minutes of running, I would be dying on the ground due to how exhausted I felt. My heart felt like it would burst out of my chest. Hell, I even puked on my first day of working out.

But that was nothing new, my training in my past life was a hundred times worse than this. And I was a swimmer, therefore all muscles were being used in each training. Now, my situation was worse since I was now in the world of Marvel. I needed at least enough physical ability to run away from threats. Usually, there wouldn't be any noticeable effects on my body after a week, but that would be the case for a normal person. Not me since I had chakra. Just using my chakra would help burn off more fat than usual since it would help me work out more than a normal person. Also, emptying and refilling my chakra reserve helped my body. At the end of the week, I had already lost five pounds. Although, I also started eating more.

I couldn't help, but chuckle since what I did was a real-life case of those weight loss ads. Do you want to lose five pounds in less than a week? Then try these three simple steps. First, gain a power that grants you other powers from different universes. Second, gain chakra. Third, work out using chakra. Simple, right?

Also, during the week, some events of Ironman 2 have passed such as the fight between Ivan Vanko and Tony Stark on April 23rd. It was all over the news. Seeing the fight in a movie and seeing it on the news gave me a whole other perspective. I also saw Senator Sterns trying to rally the public into pressuring Tony Stark to hand over his suit to the military. But I knew. I knew it was just another ploy by Hydra to get their hands on a technology that's decades ahead of everyone since Senator Sterns was a Hydra agent. The media also didn't relent as they questioned his ability to continue as Ironman due to the man's reckless actions the past few days.

Right now, it was 5:15 AM and I was currently doing push-ups in my room. My sister was worried about me waking up so early, but she stopped doing that after a few days seeing that I was diligent in my goal to lose weight.

"Twenty… Twenty-one…Twenty-two… Twenty-three… Twenty-fooooouuur… And twenty-five!" I finished my last push-up before taking a drink.

"Alright, let's go for a run now."

I put on my running clothes and went downstairs to put on my shoes. Soon, I was running down the street. The cool air cooled me down while I ran. However, it was at this moment the Celestial Forge decided to move once more. For the whole week, it didn't budge. I was starting to get worried, but it looks like my worries were unfounded. The energy reached out for a constellation called Domain: Facilities: Magical.

Huh? This meant the Celestial Forge would grant special facilities for magical purposes. Why am I even surprised? Unfortunately, the reach of the energy was too short for the star it aimed for therefore the energy would be saved for next time. And so, I continued to run for the next hour. When I finally arrived home, I was gasping for air. I saw my sister putting on her jacket.

"Good morning, Sonia."

Sonia turned to me and smiled,

"Good morning to you too Jay. You look exhausted."

But I shook my head,

"I know, but no pain no gain, right?"

"True. Anyways, Are you ready?"

"For?"

Sonia raised an eyebrow,

"For school obviously."

"Oh right."

That's right. My one week of grace has ended and I needed to return to school. Something I dreaded. My last high school experience was not the best and it looked like it would be the same for me in this life too.

"Yeah. Can't wait!" I replied with fake happiness.

"Good. You'll tell me if there is anything wrong, right?" Sonia asked with a serious expression.

"Of course. You don't have to worry."

Sonia looked at me,

"You know I will always worry. You're my baby brother and I will never stop worrying about you."

"I'm already fifteen, Bhen."

"That's right. You're not even an adult yet." Sonia replied with a grin.

I sighed, but I let out a genuine smile and nodded,

"Alright. Take care."

"You too, Jay. Come here" Sonia said and gave me a quick hug.

"I'll see you at the end of the day, alright?"

"Yeah," I replied as I saw her enter the car.

I stood there until I saw her car leave the driveway before entering the house. As I turned back from the entrance, I crossed my fingers in a familiar hand sign.

*Pop* *Pop*

Two clones appeared before me.

"Both of you go work on chakra control."

The clones nodded and went to my room while I continued to do my workout for another half hour.

It was already 6:45 AM. I went to take a shower and grabbed breakfast. Once everything was ready, I went to my room to pack my stuff for school. Once my bag was packed, I put on my earphones and played the first song on my playlist: Pumped up Kicks by Foster The People. As soon as the first beat started, nostalgia like no other hit me as I began to walk to Midtown High.

Luckily, for me, the school was only ten minutes away from my house. Therefore, I just needed to walk there. As the songs continued to play in my ears, I walked and gradually saw multiple teenagers my age doing the same. Finally, I arrived in front of a large building spanning a whole block with the American flag waving in the air.

'Damn. My last school was not this big.' I thought.

Seeing all the students chatting together made me realize that I really was going to school for the second time.

I took a deep breath and began to walk to the entrance,

'I wonder how different it's going to be?'

Shadow Clones (Generic Naruto Fanfiction) (100CP)

Ah, shadow clone no jutsu. The signature jutsu of the Naruto franchise. And now you can join in on the fun. You have a copy of a technique scroll for the shadow clone jutsu, of such quality that an idiot could teach himself from this thing in virtually no time at all. It even has safeguards built-in that eliminate any possibility of killing yourself by putting too much chakra into it, or getting a headache from too many clones dispelling at once or anything like that. The worst that can possibly happen is that it fails to work. You still can only make as many shadow clones as your chakra can support but outside of that you can feel free to abuse this handy jutsu for training, decoys, diversions, paperwork, chores, or whatever else you can imagine. In the event that this technique is supposed to have some additional features in the particular fanfiction you go to, or even a better version, this scroll will contain both versions.

* Some of the best shadow clone fanfic features include shadow clone self-charka regeneration, temporal split clones instead of normal clones, mind merging without dispelling, constant hivemind-like connection etc.

Heart's Desire (Warhammer Fantasy - Tomb Kings) (100CP)

All Necrotects are skilled architects and designers. They wouldn't have the job if they weren't and you're no different. You're gifted with any sort of architecture, trap making or monument designing. What makes you special is that you have a sense of what your customers really want. You can picture in your mind the exact idea of the thing they're hiring you to build and create it. Closer than any instructions could communicate to you, you understand their wish and you know what it should look like, though the construction of such a thing may yet be beyond your means. Still, if you can carry it out, they'll love you for it, even if it differs from the instructions they said to you.
