Capítulo 69: Do you have any concerns about me?

Abigail hissed in pain.

Christopher dragged her to the car and shoved her in. He then jumped in and stepped on the gas pedal.

Abigail wanted to yell at him for forcefully pulling her into the car. When she sensed how speedily the car was running, she grew tense.

She buckled her seatbelt and stared ahead with wide eyes. Her body felt light as if she were floating in the air.

They were zipping past the other cars. The road appeared to rush into her eyes.

She blinked and blinked, unable to see anything clearly. Her gut clenched when she thought that they would collide with other cars. She glanced at him through the corners of her eyes and saw him focused on the road.

'Slow down,' she said, but she was so terrified that those words remained on the tip of her tongue. She only said it in her head.

Her face was ghastly pale. Fear had completely eroded her ability to think. At that point, all she wanted was to get away alive.
