Capítulo 49: The Titanium Knuckle Gorilla

The gorilla continued to evade and block Liu Peng's attacks with ease. It appeared to be toying with him, as if testing his strength and skills. Liu Peng knew that he had to come up with a new strategy if he wanted to stand a chance against this formidable opponent.

He tried to analyze the gorilla's movements and anticipate its attacks, but it was difficult. The gorilla was incredibly fast and powerful, and its movements were unpredictable. With his years of experience in the war, he knew that this creature possess intelligence similar to a human. Liu Peng realized that he needed to find a way to break through its defense and land a solid hit.

After a few more failed attempts, Liu Peng decided to take a risk. He feigned a punch towards the gorilla's face, but at the last moment, he changed direction and aimed for its chest. The gorilla didn't expect this sudden move and was caught off guard. Liu Peng's punch landed squarely on its chest. Nonetheless, it didn't even created a dent on the animal's sturdy body.

"Monster!" Liu Pen was in awe of its power.

Nonetheless, Liu Peng didn't waste this opportunity and followed up with a series of quick jabs and kicks. The gorilla continued to block and evade, Liu Peng's attacks were getting faster and more accurate. Liu Peng then realized that this is a perfect opportunity to test his Sky Piercing Palm. The night turned into day and days into night, there is not sign of stopping these two.

The gorilla roared and charged towards Liu Peng, its titanium knuckles glowing in the dim light. Liu Peng braced himself and prepared for impact. The gorilla's fist collided with Liu Peng's, sending a shockwave throughout the ground. Liu Peng felt his bones rattling from the impact, but he refused to give up.

He countered with a powerful uppercut, which landed squarely on the gorilla's chin. The gorilla was unfazed, it quickly lunged towards Liu Peng again. The two of them continued to exchange blows, their fists and knuckles clashing with a deafening sound, but it was clear that Liu Peng is the only one suffering damages and injuries. His hand will break down any moment.

Liu Peng could feel his body reaching its limits. He was exhausted and battered, but he refused to back down. He continued to fight with all his might, determined to prove himself against this legendary creature.

"Is that all you've got?" Liu Peng shouted, trying to goad the gorilla into making a mistake. "Come on, show me what you're really capable of!"

The gorilla responded with a fierce roar and charged towards Liu Peng again. The two of them clashed with a force that shook the entire forest, but this time, Liu Peng was ready. He focused all his strength into his palm and aimed for the gorilla's temple.

"Rising Sun Break the Clouds!,"he performed the second move of the Sky Piercing palm. His palm landed with a satisfying crunch, and the gorilla looked at him with a smug and satisfaction.

The Titanium Knuckles Gorilla paused, its piercing eyes fixated on Liu Peng's face. Liu Peng was breathing heavily, his chest heaving up and down as he contemplated his next move. He was on the brink of exhaustion, his muscles aching from the constant barrage of blows. He was barely able to keep up with the gorilla's movements, his body pushed to the limit.

Suddenly, the gorilla let out a deep roar, its fists pounding the ground. Liu Peng braced himself for another attack, but instead, the gorilla took a step back, staring at him with a newfound respect. It seemed to be impressed by Liu Peng's determination and tenacity.

Without warning, the gorilla reached down with one massive hand and removed the chunk of metal from its knuckles. It was the shed of its hand covering, glinting in the dim light of the night. The gorilla held it out to Liu Peng, almost as a gift.

"For me?"

Liu Peng's eyes widened in disbelief as he stared at the precious metal in the gorilla's hand. It was a dream material for every blacksmith, and he could hardly believe that he was being given such a gift.

But then, everything went black as Liu Peng collapsed to the ground, his body finally giving out after the intense battle. The last thing he saw was the gorilla disappearing into the shadows, its footsteps echoing in the distance.

.....

God knows how long Liu Peng was sleeping. When he finally woke up, he saw the gift left by the creature.

Liu Peng carefully picked up the shed hand covering of the Titanium Knuckles Gorilla, feeling the weight of the metal in his hand. It was unlike any other metal he had ever touched. The surface was rough and uneven, and it seemed to pulse with energy. He knew that he needed to refine the metal first before it could be used for anything.

However, he glanced at the sky and he aws reminded of his family. He doesn't have time to forge it outside the realm. Time was running out. He decided that he needed to return to Juanxiu, based on the design and the craftsmanship of his automail, Juanxiu has far surpassed his capacity as a blacksmith

Liu Peng made his way back to where Chang Bao was, clutching the metal tightly in his hand. As he passed through the dense forest, he felt a strange sensation wash over him, as if this place was cleansing him. The otherworldly energy here seems to heal all his fatigue and injuries.

Finally, he emerged on the other side, back in to the place where they first arrive. He saw Chang Bao eagerly practicing a sword technqiue that he couldn't recognize.

"Congratulations child on entering the realm of cultivators,"he was amused on how fast this lad is developing.

"It was all thanks to Young Master"

"Is he going to visit you soon?" Liu Peng asked.

"He often visit me once a month. Today will be the day that he will check my progress," his voice tinge with excitment and anticipation.

While they were having conversation, Juanxiu was already approaching their location. He looked at them curiously. "Liu Peng, what happened to you? You look like you've been through a battle."

Liu Peng smiled, holding out the shed hand covering to Juanxiu. "I have something that I believe you can forge into something extraordinary."

Juanxiu took the metal from Liu Peng and examined it closely, his eyes widening in surprise. "This is incredible. You were recognized by the Titanium Knuckle Gorilla. With this, I can forge you a metallic gauntlet that will augment your Sky Piercing Palm technique."

Liu Peng nodded, a sense of satisfaction filling him. He knew that with Juanxiu's skills, he would be able to make something truly extraordinary out of this rare metal.

Juanxiu quickly returned to his forge in the tower, eager to begin his work. He carefully examined the material that Liu Peng had brought back, marveling at its strength and beauty. He knew that he had to handle it with the utmost care if he wanted to forge it into the powerful gauntlet that Liu Peng desired.

First, he heated the material until it glowed with a bright orange hue, then he hammered it into a rough shape with the hammer gifted to him by the tower. As he worked, he could feel the energy of the material pulsing through his body, filling him with a sense of power and purpose.

Next, he used a special chisel to carve intricate designs into the surface of the gauntlet, imbuing it with a sense of elegance and beauty. Adding the formation knowledge he learned over the years. The metal twisted and turned beneath his fingers, responding to his will and shaping itself into a work of art.

Finally, he plunged the gauntlet into a pool of molten silver star, allowing it to cool slowly and infusing it with a powerful energy. As he watched, the gauntlet began to glow with an otherworldly light, emanating an archaic energy that seemed to reach out and touch the very essence of the world around it.

Juanxiu marveled at his creation, knowing that he had forged something truly special. He carefully wrapped the gauntlet in a soft cloth and brought it to Liu Peng, presenting it to him with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

"Try it on," he was also excited to see how it'll augment Liu Peng's strength.

As Liu Peng donned the gauntlet, he could feel its power coursing through his body, filling him with a sense of strength and purpose. The archaic energy seemed to flow around him, enveloping him in a cocoon of power and protection.

He knew that with this gauntlet, he would be able to improve the Sky Piercing Palm and reach new heights of power and strength. As he looked up at Juanxiu, he knew that he owed him a debt of gratitude for his masterful work.

Liu Peng gazed at the gauntlet in awe as Juanxiu handed it to him, feeling the weight and strength of the metal in his hand. "This is amazing, Young Master," he said, his voice filled with admiration. "I never thought it would look so... perfect."

Juanxiu smiled at his words, his eyes twinkling with pride. "I'm glad you like it," he replied, his voice filled with warmth. "I put a lot of effort into making it just right."

As he flexed his fingers, he could feel the energy coursing through the metal, a fierce power that seemed to pulse with every beat of his heart.

"This is going to make all the difference," he said, turning to face his Young Master. "I can feel it already. With this gauntlet, I'll be unstoppable."

Juanxiu chuckled at Liu Peng's enthusiasm, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Well, let's hope so," he said, a note of teasing in his voice. "I wouldn't want you to get too overconfident."

Liu Peng grinned at the gentle rebuke, his eyes shining with determination. "Don't worry, Young master," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "I won't let this power go to my head. I'll use it wisely, and with honor. to protect my family and the clan."

The two men stood there for a moment, gazing at each other with a sense of mutual respect and admiration. Then Juanxiu clapped his hand on Liu Peng's shoulder, his expression serious.

"I know you will," he said, his voice low and intense. "And I'll be here to help you every step of the way."

.....

Time seemed to stretch out endlessly before them. They had been in the tower for what felt like an eternity, honing their skills and pushing themselves to new heights of power.

Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and months turned into years. The four of them trained tirelessly, honing their skills and perfecting their techniques. They battled fierce creature inside, explored techniques, and delved deep into this mysterious realm.

As the four of them emerged from their training ground, they felt the cool breeze of the night air on their skin. Their attires were all tattered, but each one of them now exuded a sense of power and confidence that was palpable. They took a moment to change on their traditional attire prepared by Juanxiu.

Liu Peng's gauntlet glinted in the moonlight, emanating a blue aura that seemed to pulsate with a life of its own. Siyi stood beside him, her demeanor cold and unyielding, radiating an aura of frost that made the air around her feel almost unbearable.

Chang Bao, once a simple child, now stood tall and proud, his body rippling with muscles that seemed to have been honed, a contrast to a body of a kid. He now wore a uniform, a testament to the training and guidance of Juanxiu.

Juanxiu himself stood at their side, his eyes scanning the horizon. He knew that their journey was far from over and that they still had much work to do if they were to save the people from the threats that loomed on the horizon.

"It's time to get out," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "We must return to our world and continue our fight."

With those words, the four of them were forcefully expelled from the tower and back into the real world. As they opened their eyes, they found themselves standing in front of an old house of Liu Peng, It has just been three hours since Pan Geming left to report the incident.

The morning sun was just beginning to rise, casting a warm glow over the landscape. In the distance, they could see smoke rising , a sign that the threats they need to face in the real world. Perhaps they can find an answer about the missing people there.

Without hesitation, the four of them set out towards the village, their hearts filled with a sense of purpose and determination. They knew that they had been given a gift, a power that few could ever hope to possess, and they were determined to use it to protect the people and make the world a better place.

As they walked, their footsteps echoing across the barren landscape, they felt a sense of camaraderie that only comes from facing adversity and coming out stronger on the other side. They were no longer the same people who had entered the tower so many years ago, but something new, something more powerful and determined.

Together, they would face whatever challenges lay ahead, knowing that they had each other to rely on and a newfound sense of purpose that would guide them towards victory.
