Chapter 7: Power of manipulate
I decided that for today, I would learn offensive Martial Art. It doesn't matter if it's a low leveled one, I just needed to learn one.
I got one from Xia Lu and decided to learn it.

Effect: Increases the speed of drawing a sword by 300% and attack power by 10%, more at higher levels

It was a really simple sword art, but it is something I needed to have to unlock a sword related class.
The reason I am going for a sword class and not a production class is because I can eventually manipulate people with production class to get me overpowered items, I just want something to give me overpowered combat.
To gain this skill, I have to practice it constantly until I unlock the level: 0 version of it, and since it is only a 3 star skill, and I have a decent amount of intelligence, I should be able to do it fairly quickly.
And I was not wrong, I unlocked the level 0 version of the skill in 6 hours.
I was also able to find out from Xia Lu, that there are different stages for the mastery of a skill.
The beginner stage (Lvl 0-3), intermediate stage (Lvl 4-6), advanced stage (Lvl 7-9) and perfection stage (Lvl 10).
Following this I decided to cultivate until the next day, using the [Lesser-Dragon Pills].

Effect: Increases the speed of cultivation for a person who uses the Dragon Transformation Method, and also stabilizes one's foundation so that they can cultivate faster, lasts for 1 hour.

I used 10 of these pills that Jiang Chen gave me and 100 spirit stones to form 19 more Dragon Marks. 4 to make me reach the Mid-Qi Refinement Realm and 15 to help me reach Late-Qi Refinement Realm.
I also realized that it is taking more and more Qi to form these Dragon Marks, and eventually this is going to be a problem as I am pretty sure even Xia Lu has almost run out of all his spirit stones.

Then I decided to sleep and go hunting tomorrow.

I set off with Xia Lu, and 4 of his Body Guards which were in the same realm as him, Mid-Stage Foundation Establishment.
We were only hunting Qi Condensation beats so we were going to be fine throughout the hunt.
They would bring the monster down till the last hit and I would kill it.
I also decided to first max out my Quick Draw skill as well. It is only a 3 star skill, so it can easily be maxed out and will be really overpowered when it is maxed out.
However hunting did take really long, this was because Xia Lu had basically cleared all the monsters here out, and it would be weird if more were lurking around.
It was then I decided to take a rish and move deeper into the forest and fight Foundation Establishment Beats.
Why? Because I actually have a really simple way to kill them, even without the help of these 5.
My skill, Manipulate, allows me to control any other living being, and this includes demonic beasts as well.
We moved deeper into the forest, near the core area of the forest where Late-Stage Foundation Establishment Beasts were.
Out of nowhere, a demonic beast leaped at us, and one of the body guards went to block the attack.
'Manipulate,' I thought as the beast immediately stopped moving.
Its eyes glowed purple and we were able to observe it better.
It just seemed like a normal tiger, and when I used dentity on it, I learned that it was a beast which was going to break through into the next rank.
"Kill yourself." I ordered.
The 4 guards seemed confused, but then the beast, without any hesitation on its face, circulated its Qi in the wrong way and hurt its meridians.
I then quickly used my sword art and finished it before it bled to death.
"What just happened?!" One of the guards shouted at me while pointing his finger at me.
"I would put down the sword if I were you, he is not someone the likes of you can afford to offend," Xia Lu said as he blocked the guard from looking at me.
I walked forward towards the guard and said," it's no problem Xia Lu. if you must know, Mr. Guard, I am from the Beast-Tamer Sect, that's a first rate sect by the way. That is why Xia Lu said that you cannot afford to offend me."
I spoke some bullshit to calm the guard down. After all, before we leave this forest I will wipe their memory out 1 by 1.
The reason I did not do that right away, that was because it was a hassle to manipulate them 1 by 1 and wipe their memory every time I use this skill.
This really is a hassle, I need to hurry up and boost my cultivation level to increase the number of people I can manipulate at the same time.
