"Airon, I have been reflecting a lot on our situation and on Ellie..." Joel said with a trembling voice. "Sometimes I worry that we are treating her inhumanely, as if she were just a piece in a puzzle, without considering her own desires and needs."

Airon listened carefully to Joel's words, acknowledging his courage in expressing his concerns. He sighed and responded calmly, "Joel, I understand your worries, but you must understand that we are in an extreme situation. Ellie is a valuable resource, a potential cure for the virus that has devastated our world. I cannot deny that we have made difficult decisions regarding her, but we have always sought a balance between her well-being and the hope she represents for all of us."

Joel lowered his gaze, feeling the weight of his own words. "Since I met Ellie, I have been driven by fear and desperation. But seeing how she is treated here, I realize I was wrong. She is not just a cure, she is a person, an innocent girl who deserves to be protected and treated with dignity."

Airon nodded, appreciating Joel's reflection. "Joel, as a leader, it is my duty to ensure that everyone in our community is treated with respect and humanity, regardless of the circumstances. Even if Ellie is the key to finding a cure, we cannot lose sight of our own humanity in the process. She is more than hope; she is a human being with rights and needs."

With a firm voice, Airon continued explaining his vision, "More than searching for a cure, what we truly seek is stability. We want to create a future where we can live comfortably and in harmony. If that involves finding a cure for the virus, then we will fight for it, but never at the expense of our humanity and the principles that define us as a community."

Joel nodded, feeling relief in his heart upon hearing Airon's words. "I apologize for doubting you and the path we have taken. I am committed to supporting you in our mission and upholding the values we represent."

Airon smiled gratefully and placed a comforting hand on Joel's shoulder. "Joel, we all face moments of doubt and fear. What matters is that we learn from them and remain true to our principles. Together, we can build a future where everyone can live in peace and prosperity."

The construction of the building had been a monumental achievement for Airon's organization. It represented not only a symbol of protection and stability but also a step forward in his vision of creating a prosperous society in the midst of a post-apocalyptic world.

As Airon contemplated the building, his mind filled with ideas and plans. He knew that the central base would be crucial in the future, not only as a refuge but also as a strategic operations center for his community. From there, they could coordinate efforts, make important decisions, and ensure that everyone was protected and well taken care of.

However, his thoughts soon turned to the CRM, a faction about which he knew little and that had emerged in the region, proving to be a potential threat to his community. Airon knew that sooner or later they would have to confront this faction and make a strategic decision: establish peaceful contact or prepare for direct confrontation.

On one hand, if Airon didn't have memories of the future or of what the CRM was capable of, he would hope that the CRM could become an ally rather than an enemy. Perhaps they could find common ground and work together to rebuild and protect what remained of humanity. However, he knew what had happened to a 9,000-strong community that was destroyed by the CRM.

Thinking about this, there was also an inner voice warning him about the possibility of betrayal or irreconcilable conflicts.

Airon knew that making strategic decisions was a crucial part of his role as a leader. He had to consider both the well-being of his community and the need to safeguard their core values and principles. He couldn't allow his community to be exposed to unnecessary dangers, but he also didn't want to dismiss the possibility of a peaceful resolution.

He began to plan a reconnaissance mission to gain a clear understanding of the CRM's intentions and capabilities. He knew that the construction of the central building and the implementation of advanced defense systems were crucial to ensuring their long-term survival. He was determined to protect his people and do everything in his power to ensure their well-being and safety.

With that determination in mind, whether through dialogue or direct defense, he was resolved to keep hope alive and fight for a better world.

Even if it meant pulverizing the CRM's territory and becoming a demon to many.
