August stared at her calmly as he thought, 'She is noble as expected but she still lacks confidence in herself. But this may is not necessarily a bad thing. It also means that she acknowledges the need to improve and become stronger." 

August had already anticipated that Claire would give him an answer like that so he had come up with a plan of his own.

"Join me on my mission." August gestured with his right hand.

Claire was stunned. "Are you sure this is a good idea, Faction Leader? I think I would just be in your way."

"Don't worry about me, Claire. I am aware of the risks, but I can handle them. This would be beneficial for you.
