Capítulo 161: Chapter 57 - Giovanni (1)

I'm a ball of nerves this morning, operating on just two hours of sleep from the chaos that ensued last night. When Gael and Angela went home from Zia Flavia's Sunday dinner, motorcycles drove by and shot at them outside of Gael's brownstone in Brooklyn. Thankfully, they're both safe, but they didn't catch the perpetrators. So we were up all night, scaling the streets and looking for who made the order.

We suspect it's Perry, but we're not making a move unless we get concrete evidence. 

Elio drops me off in front of the KMH building and I instruct him to join the other guards in searching for last night's drive-by. Gael sent his men out too, but the more people we send to look for those guys, the faster we'll get them. My nephew is royally pissed because Angela was put in danger. Fortunately and surprisingly, she's brave and is holding up well—a little shaken up, but she wasn't a mess. I have to give it to her. Angela is made to be part of our family.
