"What did you just say? A reading of 9 on the Lyra scale?" The man's auburn eyes shone with surprise.

"A reading of 9.3 to be exact." The woman clarified.

Energy readings were determined by the Lyra scale, a simple yet detailed way of determining the energy radiated by external sources such as Dark Matter Pulse Bombs, Electromagnetic weapons, sources of industrial energy and the like.

The Lyra scale was determined by 15 thresholds, with each threshold representing a trillion joules of energy. It was pretty understandable that an energy reading of over 9 trillion joules of energy would attract the attention of various eyes.
