I don't know for sure where he is, but I'm sure he must be there. Inner Tyler is out of the Kingdom of the Wizard.

He headed to the City Center to find the place he wanted to go because he felt that from the City Center, the area around the Rainbow City on Wizard Dimension would be seen. Tyler wears clothes similar to the natives of the Wizard Dimension. He is a visible part of the Wizard Dimension by simply changing his appearance to Overpower Mode.

"There!" He pointed to the highest peak of the hilly hills on Wizard Dimension. He guessed that if Gerald went secretly, he would go to that place. He previously told Tyler that only that place could make him feel free to be on Wizard Dimension. Free from any threats or problems he has.

Tyler walked rather quickly, cutting several alleys and roads, so he could quickly get to that place. He couldn't use his powers around the downtown area, as many spies would be happy to report whatever happened.
