Apparently, James wanted to escape, even opening fire on the soldiers and police who wanted to arrest him.

Since their equipment was state-of-the-art, the police and soldiers had a hard time getting close.

However, that changed when a military-clad man with the rank of Colonel arrived.

Carrying only two pistols, he slowly approached James while firing at his subordinates.

One by one, the soldiers following James fell until James himself was dumbfounded.
