Tifa, Aerith, Cloud, and Zack were finishing up some malboro's. It was definitely easier than the behemoth that they took care of a few days earlier. But they were lacking some firepower.
"Ramiel-nii. Can you show us how you fight? We've never seen you fight seriously up close. The Leviathan fight on camera doesn't really do you justice." Tifa requested and the others nodded.
"Yeah! That'd be cool..." Cloud imagined it and Aerith wanted to see some explosions. "Hmmm, I guess it'd be nice to test Alexandra, Genesis, and Angeal. Let's call them here, we can't fight in Midgar." Ramiel sent a message to them.
"Woah, I'm gonna see all the 1st class fight for real! This is going to be the best day ever!" Zack was really excited and Aerith chided him. "Don't get too excited now, you better learn something from them!"
Zack huffed with a nod. "Of course! Just see, I'm gonna beat you in our next spar after I learn some things from them!" Zack was determined to get back on her. He was just too unprepared last time and will show her how it's done.
"As if, I'm gonna beat you again. Especially when we get some special moves after we train some more!" Aerith put her tongue out and they tried to one up each other. Cloud sighed and shook his head. "You guys gonna kiss or something?"
Zack froze and got embarrassed, while Aerith noticed that he was quite possibly crushing on her. "Ehhh? So that's what's up eh?" She smirked at him and Zack panicked. "No! Whatever the hell you're thinking, that's not it." He squinted his eyes on Cloud and Tifa sighed.
"Not cool Cloud. That's why you don't have a fan club like Ramiel-nii and Alex-nee." Tifa snickered, showing her social media that has tons of fans. "Shut up, girls are annoying anyway. Case and point." Cloud pointed at Aerith and Tifa.
"What'd you say? I'll tell aunt Claudia on you. Say that you swing the other way!" Aerith threatened him and they started quarreling. "Hah, it's good to be young." Ramiel looked at them, all carefree. Nodding in satisfaction at them having fun like an old man.
"Ramiel-nii, you're acting like an old man." Aerith tried teasing him. "No lunch for you missy." Ramiel gave a devastating counter and she was so shocked, she froze. "That's what you get." Tifa laughed and they poked the devastated Aerith.
After some time, they saw three flying individuals and it was Alexandra, Genesis, and Angeal. They landed in front of them. Genesis and Angeal dropped on the ground and was looking a bit green. "Ugh, I can't get used to that. Can't you at least be a bit slower?" Genesis held on to his breakfast for dear life.
Alexandra carried them with telekinesis and she would break the sound barrier instantly with her flight. Without even putting a barrier on them. "Deal with it, it wasn't even that fast. Anyways, we gonna test what we can do now or not?" Alexandra smirked at Ramiel and he nodded with a smile.
"It's been a few years since we've fought a bit seriously. Show me your strength." Ramiel took out his halberd and cracked his neck. "This will be quite dangerous." Angeal's held his buster sword and held the flat of the blade in front of his forehead, praying for good luck.
"Don't blink now, we might just beat you master." Genesis casted a spell on his blade and it gained a red glow. "Hmph, isn't this the time to show you what I'm made of?" Alexandra was excited to try and beat him.
"You can try." He smirked and gestured for the peanut gallery to go farther away. Ramiel started walking towards them and the trio brandished their weapons. Alexandra went into a window guard and lunged. Raising dust behind her as the ground trembled from her stomping on the ground.
The point of her sword and the tip of the spearhead clashed against each other and a shockwave blew away all the stones and dust in the area. The land they stand on erupted from the middle as the spectators were awed by their speed and power.
"Not bad, but is that the best you can do?" Ramiel smirked and tried disarming her with the hook behind the axe head of his weapon. Alexandra quickly maneuvered her blade and jumped, spinning on the air like a top.
Ramiel backed off and he put his weapon behind him to block Angeal who flanked him. "Hmph, you guys have eyes on the back of your heads." He clicked his tongue and put more power on his sword arm to lock him down.
Genesis conjured blades of concentrated fire. Controlling it like a conductor with his hand as dozens of it went after Ramiel. "Do you really want to go one by one?" Ramiel suddenly dropped his weapon, disrupting Angeal's balance.
Before his polearm dropped, he kicked one end of it. Making it spin and hit Angeal's buster sword, repelling him. He then parried the floating blades of plasma that Genesis controlled. "Wooh, that's hot." Ramiel was about to disarm them and freeze them with a spell, but Alexandra casted a silence spell on him and froze his feet to the ground.
Genesis didn't miss the timing and made the blades of fire around Ramiel explode. They were a compound spell of fire and lightning. The explosions were. massive as arcs of lightning hit the ground and flames spewed everywhere.
"Woah, that's destructive. I really want to do compound spells, but it takes so much control." Aerith was a bit frustrated, lacking the necessary control. Zack then smirked, hearing her. He had quite a special move.
He has better recall and mind to muscle connection than any four of them combined. Zack just has to train his control with Mako and he could possibly copy anything he sees. So he looked on gingerly, trying to take as much as he can.
The dust settled and they saw Ramiel's silhouette, his hair fluttering from the wind. "You know that silence spells only work on people with weaker magic and control, right?" Ramiel smirked and twirled his halberd.
"If you're not coming for me, then I will be coming for you!" He lunged on Alexandra and their weapons collided. Genesis and Angeal quickly came for support.
Alex jumped backward, releasing energy blades with her sword as Angeal and Genesis swung their weapons from his sides. Ramiel angled his halberd to catch both of their attacks. Alexandra jumped in the air and was intent on slashing him from above.
He spun the polearm from the middle and made Angeal and Genesis fly with the axe as they defended. Ramiel smirked at Alexandra, catching the blade at the hook of his weapon. Her eyes widened when Mako converged at the tip of it and an explosion suddenly swallowed her body.
"Hmph, disappointing." Ramiel twirled his weapon and tapped it on the ground. The three regrouped and they were all fired up now. "You haven't seen anything yet." Alexandra clicked her tongue.
Genesis went to the back and started preparing his elemental blade that was imbued with tons of spells. Angeal leaked Mako, filling his muscles with magic to increase his stats to the limit. And Alexandra started leaking a reddish black substance all over her body.
A helmet formed on her head as the black substance wriggled like it was alive. Forming a whip blade with serrated edges, a sinister blade on her off hand and Masamune on her left. She grinned and was brimming with bloodlust. "I haven't used this before. Maybe it'll get you to be a bit serious?" She licked her lips. (pic)
The peanut gallery was stunned and were quiet, seeing that things were about to go down. "Enough talk, shall we?" Ramiel's right arm crackled with lightning as his halberd arced with plasma and electricity.
The air buzzed and the ground was getting supercharged as it melted. Lightning flowing on his body like a snake as he walked sideways, waiting for their next move.
Angeal disappeared from his spot and his blade was already a few inches away from Ramiel's neck. He blocked the buster sword with the pole of his weapon and was like an immovable bastion. Alex swung her whip blade and caught his left arm with it.
Ramiel pulled her towards him and thrusted the spear tip at Angeal, gripping it closer to use it like a short spear. Angeal was forced to retreat with the relentless strikes. Alex arrived with breakneck speed, but she dissolved her weapon as it was a part of her body.
She swung her blade with ferocity and fought like a disciplined berserker. With every swing, sundering the ground. Spiked appendages then appeared behind her and tried stabbing him to turn him into swiss cheese.
Ramiel maneuvered his weapon with full concentration as he parried and blocked the onslaught. Genesis then suddenly appeared from behind Alexandra, jumping above her as he swung his sword down.
A compound spell combined and a flare combined with an aeroja spell exploded violently in front as Alexandra shielded Genesis with practiced synergy. The concentrated attack decimated the ground in a straight line. Flames burst and turned the earth into lava as winds cut everything on the trajectory.
Ramiel was able to cast a magic barrier in time, but a few burns and cuts appeared on his body from the violent spell. Angeal then didn't miss the opportunity, throwing a mass produced sword at him as Ramiel blocked the unexpected attack from the rear.
Angeal then jumped and swung his buster sword with all his might, giving a roar to psyche himself up. The ground caved in as their weapons crashed onto each other and Ramiel was in a disadvantage due to not having any momentum. His knee buckled, forced to the ground.
Alexandra swung her whip blade and it got him on the neck. "Shit!" Ramiel hissed as cuts appeared on his neck and she pulled him in. Masamune glowed blue and she slashed with it horizontally as Angeal jumped on the air to dodge.
A massive crescent slash got released from her blade, slicing everything in front of her as nearby mountains split. Ramiel rift walked behind her and swung with the axe. But an appendage appeared again from her back and swallowed up his weapon. Genesis who was nearby capitalized on that.
"This is over!" His blade elongated as lightning and fire erupted from it. He slashed towards Ramiel's back, but a wing appeared behind Ramiel and casted a stop spell on his sword, freezing it in time.
He then took his hand off of his weapon and clapped. A shockwave that centered around him erupted, Making Alexandra and Genesis fly like a ragdoll. He raised his hand and his weapon flew to it like it returned to its master.
"Hmmm, that was a bit dangerous. You guys have definitely improved a lot. But I can't just react to what you do every time, no?" He started jumping lightly on the ground and loosened up his muscles.
Alexandra and Genesis corrected their posture in the air and glared at him, feeling their bones creak with the shockwave that made them fly. Ramiel held his halberd tightly and a thunderclap sliced through the air as lightning hit him like a lightning rod.
He postured for a throw and let loose his halberd like a javelin. The ground exploding from the force of his throw. The weapon that was coated with lightning flew to Alexandra with breakneck speeds.
Her eyes widened and she could only react with trying to block it. But that was a mistake, the lightning coursed through her body and it snaked through her body like it was alive. Ramiel disappeared from his place and he gave a round house to her side. Cracking a few ribs as all the air got released in her lungs.
Everybody winced as they heard a crunch when his leg hit her on her ribcage. She then skipped on the ground like a pebble thrown on a lake. Genesis didn't stay idle and was about to blind side him with his elemental blade.
But Ramiel suddenly did a split on the ground, missing him by a hair's breadth. Ramiel then bent his body backwards with amazing flexibility and kicked Genesis on the chin, launching him in the air as his consciousness flickered. His brain hitting the back of his skull violently.
Ramiel then jumped and appeared above him, raising a spear of lightning as he nailed Genesis on the chest and threw it on the ground. He landed on the ground like a meteor and lightning violently rained down on his position like divine punishment.
Ramiel went back to the ground, electricity arcing on his body like it was a part of him. "What are you gonna do now, Angeal?" Ramiel smirked at him who just finished casting a curaga on Alexandra who was still winded.
"Tch, Genesis is down. I'm counting on you, power up as much as you can!" Angeal bravely ran to Ramiel as he brandished his buster sword. Ramiel met his blade with a swing from the axe head and Angeal's sword got blown away by the weight and power of the blow.
Ramiel then smacked him on the face with the underside of the pole. Nudging some teeth, Angeal spit out his tooth and focused. Ramiel was impressed and he tried going for hand to hand combat. Ramiel intercepted his attacks with his pole arm.
"Let me show you how to throw a punch." Ramiel stabbed his weapon on the ground and caught Angeal's hands. He then pulled Angeal towards him and headbutted him. Angeal got stunned as his vision blurred.
Ramiel slugged him with a straight right on the chin as he dropped to the ground violently due to their height difference. Buried on the earth deeply, losing his consciousness.
"Hah, you don't quite hold back enough." Alexandra looked at Genesis who was toast and Angeal who was knocked out cold. "But it's time to show you my true strength!" A black chain circled behind her as daggers of biometal daggers formed on them. Her right hand poured out a black blade with sinister red substance that pulsed. While Masamune glowed blue, filled to the brim with magic. (pic)
Ramiel squinted his eyes and thought she's gone a long way. He brandished his lance and decided to deliver on his job as a dragoon. The skies darkened as a blue eastern dragon appeared, roaring at the heavens as deafening thunderclaps resounded.
"Hell nah! Aerith! Zack! create the strongest barriers you can!" Tifa could feel the amazing magic power that made the air vibrate as their auras clash. Ramiel chuckled and teleported Genesis and Angeal behind them as well.
"That's it? I believe that won't be enough!" Alexandra roared and black miasma covered her as the ambient magic in the air got sucked into her. Ramiel snorted and clapped, four more titanic dragons circled the skies. Made of ice, fire, water, and air.
"Shit. That's what I get for being a loud mouth." Alexandra frowned as the 5 elemental dragons locked on to her. "Nerf this!" The dragons opened their maws and obscene amounts of magic converged on them.
Alexandra jumped in the air and was going to have to take care of them or she will be under pressure all the time. The dragons released their breath attacks and she was a sitting duck in the middle of the air.
A demonic looking being manifested behind her and held a blade that blocked the attack, beams of energy scattered everywhere and the battlefield turned into a wasteland. It instantly turned apocalyptic as tidal waves crashed, ice froze the landscape, fire burned everything to cinders, stray vacuum blades cut up the earth, and lightning glassing the soil.
Alexandra raised her blade and riftwalked to the dragons. She swung her blade as the space that the edge sliced ruptured. A rift swallowed up the elemental beings and she focused once more on the prize.
"That's it! Come!" Ramiel's halberd raged with the elements and the ground he stood upon melted. The heat on the surroundings sweltered as his weapon channeled his magic to the maximum. A mirage appearing on him from the blistering heat.
Appendages appeared behind Alexandra's back once again and they converged energy. Firing lasers of destruction like her fortress summon. An aegis of magic formed in front of Ramiel and the beams sliced the nearby mountain range apart. Exploding into rubble instantly.
The peanut gallery were turtling themselves up as they watched the battle of mass destruction. Sweating bullets at their violent display of power. "Are they really siblings? They look like they want to kill each other." Zack commented from the side.
The twins went face to face on the ground and they begun a clash of metal. Alexandra's appendages firing lasers on his face as he dodged. Her stand blocking and parrying the polearm that erupted with fire, lightning, and wind at every stroke and thrust that tore the ground asunder.
"That shit is annoying!" Ramiel gathered momentum with his weapon in hand while reflecting the the onslaught of magic and swings at him with his other one. He then imbued the axe head with a quake spell as the air trembled around it.
Alexandra had alarm bells in her head as she riftwalked away immediately. The weapon crashed onto the ground and the earth trembled violently. Earthquakes split the ground as it tilted.
She broke into a cold sweat, but the dust that exploded camouflaged his next move. He appeared behind her and she felt his hand on the back of her head. The veins in his arms bulged and he slammed her face on the ground. He then cut the annoying appendages from her back as the evil looking sword on her right hand extended to try and stab him.
He backed off and smirked. "Now, that's a little better isn't it?" She stood up and hissed, feeling groggy as her brain shook. "Enough! I will be your equal!" She lunged at him as her blades crashed on his polearm.
"I agree!" He pinned down her right arm to the ground, stabbing it into the ground in the middle of the hook and axe head. He then slugged her right on the jaws with a hook. She retaliated with a kick as she let go of her weapon and somersaulted backwards. Hitting his chin with her heel.
But Ramiel capitalized on her landing while she was in midair and caught her. He jumped in the air, holding her waist and powerbombed her on the ground. She lost all the air in her lungs as she groaned.
He then pointed his hand on her throat as she went wide eyed. "I... I lost." She clicked her tongue and was frustrated that she still lost. And she knew that he still didn't go all out on them.
"Fuuu~ You were mighty fine in your attempt though. You guys even managed to wound me, but just a little." Ramiel helped her up and chuckled. "You're definitely going to have to make this up to me later. You slammed my head on the ground!" She sulked and he sighed.
"Oi! Are you guys trying to kill us!?" Tifa caught their attention and they were turtled up inside a barrier. The twins looked at each other and laughed. "You're alive aren't you?" Ramiel waved his hand nonchalantly and they glared at him.
"What? He was able to show you how much more strength you can have?" Alexandra rolled her eyes. "We didn't want to defend for our lives though!" Aerith retorted, and that was a lot. coming from a daredevil like her.
"Y-yeah, I think I almost peed myself." Zack scratched his head nervously. "Ohh, don't be such a baby. You're fine, that's what's important." Alexandra went up to them and ruffled their hair.
"Ummm, what are we gonna do about that?" Cloud pointed at the surroundings that was absolutely wrecked. "Hey Aerith, help me over here." Ramiel smiled sheepishly and she sighed. They started terraforming the area to make it normal again.
"Seriously, you guys were too much." Tifa huffed at them and Ramiel had an idea. "Tifa, how about I teach you how I fight then. Our fighting styles are similar anyways, you just lack a weapon." Ramiel patted her head and her eyes lit up.
"Hey! That's not fair!" Aerith protested, Cloud and Zack nodded in agreement. "Hah, then I'll let Angeal teach his moves for you Cloud. And you learn from Genesis, Zack. Your practice of fighting is more in line with his."
"Hey! What about me!?" Aerith huffed and was sulking. "I'm already teaching you every spell! You're just too lazy to have more control." Ramiel squinted his eyes at her and she nervously chuckled. "Hehe~ Sorry. I'll train harder."
"I'll make a weapon for you later Tifa, how about we go back for now? I haven't seen mother dearest yet." Ramiel thought of Lucrecia and decided to show his face at least. She might have been stupid, but he is still thankful for being part of the Jenova project because of her.
"You promise okay!?" Tifa was excited and they prepared to go back to Midgar.

Meanwhile, Vincent is travelling with Ifalna and Lucrecia to the spot where she found the protomateria and tainted lifestream to check if there are other things that were left there.
They were investigating the cave and Vincent was feeling a familiarity with the lifestream there. And his Chaos aspect was resonating with the tainted lifestream. But it was mostly dried up, Hojo already harvesting most of it.
"We knew that he already took it because of his troops with tainted Mako. But it's basically cleaned out now. Tch, if only we were able to find you sooner, Lucrecia." Vincent clicked his tongue and thought of the abominations he was making with it.
"Nothing could be done for that Vincent, it was already done. And we were busy in fixing up Midgar as well as the rest of the world. Now the planet is not being drained by Shinra." Ifalna smiled, feeling the planet heal from the overuse of Mako.
"Based on what I read on what Ramiel did for the planet, I'd say what he did was more important than finding me Vincent. You guys had no lead on where I was and you got lucky in finding me." Lucrecia gave a wry smile.
"Still, Hojo's lounging around who knows where. He also has the black Materia with him. I'd say that's pretty important." Vincent furrowed his brows, cursing his past self for not bringing Cerberus with him.
"Don't beat yourself up Vincent, let's check if there is another source of it in here so we could learn more about it." Ifalna patted him on the back and she started checking if there was more of the tainted Mako.
She then suddenly frowned and casted a barrier on them. A blast of magic hit the shield and they looked at the offenders. "Lucrecia, stay with Ifalna." Vincent frowned heavily, seeing that the enemies surrounded them.
"Who are you?" Ifalna squinted her eyes and prepared to use magic. "Us? We're the Tsviets, and we need something from him." Their apparent leader pointed at Vincent and grinned. They went into a standoff and Vincent held Cerberus tightly.
