Capítulo 20: Kenwood Is Alive

Months had gone by, making me more eager to find my way out, it was that or me probably loosing my mind on calculations and the same daily routines. I laid on the bed with my thoughts getting the best of me, as I noticed Brown rush in. For some reason, I closed my eyes just as he came in, but felt his presence over my face. He lingered around for some seconds then moved away. I squinted, when I saw him open the wardrobe door just behind the curtain. The light reflecting from it made it look like there was another room inside. After a few seconds he came out, shutting the wardrobe door silently, as I shut my eyes right back. He then went out of the room with hastened steps. Even though I saw him from behind, I knew he was holding something. After few seconds, I heard mutterings between Brown and his wife, not long after that Brown came in again, as I shut my eyes back to sleep one more time.
