Capítulo 242: Crimson Clash: A Battle of Assassins and Soldiers

"Dammit!" The assassin yelled in frustration as he quickly channeled mana to his feet before stomping the ground, causing it to cave in and cracks to appear whilst simultaneously destroying the blood spikes that Lyle had created.

"I'm going to rip you apart!" The assassin said with fury as he charged at Lyle who was ready for him. Lyle stabbed forward with his spear, only for the assassin to sidestep and arrive closer to Lyle before slashing at him with his sword.

The sword slashed through the captain's armor that Lyle wore, as well as his suit that was beneath it, but it luckily didn't do that much damage thanks to Lyle taking a swift step back at the last second.

Just as the assassin was about to continue attacking, Lyle took a step forward and let go of his spear before placing his right arm behind him while slashing with a dagger that was on his left.
