She accepts Xander's offer of a marriage contract to escape the headache Lauren Pierse gives her. As for the money Xander spent on her family, she will pay it back.

"Xander, about my father's debt, I will repay all the money you have spent on it. I..." She paused when she saw Xander's expression change and looked displeased with her words.

"No need. Consider it a reward for helping me." Xander says. "After all, I got shares of your father's company. Even though I bought additional shares from other shareholders, it was purely to put pressure on them. You are still the largest shareholder in the company." 

"I know. But, I want to buy back the share you bought from my dad and the others. I'll pay the same price, or if you want more, that's fine with me..." 

Even though the company wasn't very profitable, she still wanted to keep it. Because the company is inherited from her mother. And there are still many of her mother's colleagues who still work there.
