Oliver was happy to see that Evelyn was awake when he returned to his room. However, he frowned when he saw that she was cleaning the room.
"Evelyn, what are you doing?"
At that moment, she was cleaning his study table.
Evelyn raised her head and looked at Oliver. She tried to smile lightly but she couldn't do so. Apparently, Arthur's words were still revolving inside her mind.
She didn't know if she was overthinking or something was really wrong with Arthur.
When she was silent, Oliver walked to her and took the cleaning cloth from her hands. Holding her hand, he took her to the bed and made her sit there.
"You had just recovered from fever and you started doing all this already? What should I do with you?"
Thanks for all the gifts, comments, and votes. I look forward to reading each and every comment and some would bring a wide smile to my lips. It makes me delighted to see how much love you are giving to Regan and Evelyn and as an author, it motivates me to share more and more of the story.
Thank you so much for reading TMP!
I love you all. See you again tomorrow
