Capítulo 182: Sentence

Fan Bin helped Wang Rui, who was on the verge of falling, to walk to the steps and sit down, at the entrance of the court. 

Wang Rui burst into tears. "Xi Shu! My dear Xi Shu is only in her twenties. How can she spend three years in prison? She's been spoiled since she was young. How is she going to live for the next three years?!"

Fan Bin did not know how to comfort people. He could only hold Wang Rui in his arms as he kept saying, "Don't be too sad. Three years will pass very quickly."

"How can I not be sad? Xi Shu has never been away from me for so long ever since she was young, let alone going to prison! This would leave a stain on her life!"

The court hearing had initially been postponed and Wang Rui thought that there was still a chance for her to find someone to save Xi Shu. However, she did not expect that in the end, it would still be the result that she was most unwilling to see.
