Capítulo 111: Waking Up Late
Meanwhile, Mio who had already returned to her home, and in her arms, Somi was still sleeping quietly. She then placed her gently on the bed before tucking her in with the covers and because she couldn't resist the urge bubbling inside of her, she reached out and kissed her on the forehead.
"Good night, little Somi. It's been a long day for you." Mio smiled as she finally left Somi's room before going into her own room when she got inside, she freshened up before finally laying down on her bed to take some sleep herself as there was going to be a long day for her tomorrow as she had already planned on coming back the next day.
She had already planned on what to do with all of her students and she can't wait to do it already. But there was also that feeling that if ever she saw Solar again in the Academy, she might really just strangle her for what she did to her.
Morning quickly came and Mio woke up to the sound of Somi waking her up.
"Good morning, big sister you do know that you are going to be late, right? Your schedule is at 8, but it is already 7:40 now. You only have twenty minutes left or else you are going to be late." Somi casually said and when Mio heard her words, she immediately looked at her clock.
"Fu- My bad, I never had such a good sleep in such a long time. I'm sorry little Somi, but you will have to come with me again so that we can eat our breakfast. But you will have to wait, till I actually get to the School. Would that be alright with you, but if you want you can eat as we travel, it would be just uncomfortable with you." Mio quickly asked while she went through her clothes to quickly change into her outfit, but when she remembered that she still hadn't done her laundry out of laziness, she stopped.
The only clothes that she has in her wardrobe are a set of her old work clothes that she doesn't wear anymore because she finds no more use in using them anymore as she already considers herself a retired person. But those clothes were going to be too much if she went to the school in that because it was pretty much a suit, but because of how she wears it, it was completely different, she wears it where the suit drapes down her back.
There was also another set of clothes that was on there, but it was a black-out hoodie and a small skirt, but it was her casual clothes, it would be simply too inappropriate if she wore it.
"You have such nice clothes, you even almost dressed the same as Mother, the only difference is that you wear stockings with a pencil skirt, but Mother just wears skinny black pants. But I guess you do have the same taste in clothing almost… but you are still rather different." Somi who suddenly appeared beside her made her almost lose her balance as she was comparing herself with her Master and she felt awkward from it.
"Why don't you wear that one, I think you will look good in those clothes. Plus I don't remember reading or hearing that the Academy has an outfit regulation for the Teachers. As long as you are not wearing something casual, but a professional outfit it would be fine. That outfit is a professional." Somi added and with her words of encouragement, Mio just bit the bullet and chose that outfit since she didn't have much choice as she refused to wear the hoodie.
As the Teacher, she should always set an example for everyone and if she wore something like that, everyone would see her differently now, and she feels that it would be even worse knowing that Alice and her cousin would see her in that kind of outfit.
"If you want you can wear shorts instead, I have seen some women in the Immortal Realm partner it with that, and you can just use the stocking too since you are wearing shorts," Somi added after seeing that Mio was having a hard time picking her outfit. She only wanted to help since she knew that if they were going to be late, it was going to be bad for her.
"Shorts… I guess that can work, I'm not that used to wearing my skirt anyways." Mio just accepted it since it was a better option anyway. She even couldn't believe that she was having a hard time choosing her outfit.
After about 10 minutes, she was finally done, and now she only had about 20 minutes before it was too late for her. When she was finally done, she was relieved to see that Somi had already dressed up too, but she just wore some casual outfit since it was fine.
"We're going to teleport, okay? I will go to the restaurant again to pick up some food. I have already called them, and the food that I asked them for should already be made. So once we get our food, I will quickly teleport to the Academy, and there we can eat our food in peace." Mio said as she grabbed Somi gently and teleported away using her Magic.
When they arrived, it was just like as Mio said, the food was already ready. So she simply took it and left just like that and the worker there was already used to this kind of thing and none of them said anything about it. All of them just went back to their respective jobs.
As she arrived at the school, she saw that there were still more than 12 minutes left till the bell rang, and she was glad at this since it was all the time she needed to finish her food. So she simply took all of the food out in her desk before placing Somi in her lap, so that the both of them could eat their food. It didn't take them long enough to finish.
"The food from Noir is really good…" Somi said as she drank down the orange juice that was given to her by Mio.
"Would you like to come with me again, or would you like to stay in this room, and wait for me?" Mio asked as she needed to know if Somi would come with her since both choices were equally boring anyway.
"I would like to come with you, it's quite fun listening to your lessons. Also, I'm learning some things by listening to you." Somi quickly answered that she didn't want to stay here since she could be around people who she didn't know, for her it would be better if she stayed with her since she already knew some of the students that Mio had. At least the ones that are in Class F since all of them were pretty excited to get to know her.
