"Mm." The old man nodded after a couple of silent seconds. He held his pint with both hands, and was still at the center of the crowd. "She was."

"As beautiful as Petra?" A boy asked as he looked in Pertra's direction.

The crowd split, and all eyes fell on Petra, who couldn't help but blush and smile nervously. She was considered the most beautiful woman in the village. The possibility of someone being more beautiful was inconceivable.

"I suppose... It would be a toss-up between the two." The old man lied. It wasn't even close.

"As beautiful as Petra... Amazing. And she could fight too!"

"Mm."

"Can I be like her when I grow up?"

"Mm... Maybe..." The old man answered absent-mindedly.
