He smiled back at her politely and nodded. "Absolutely. If you need any help with anything, just let me know, and I would be more than happy to provide assistance. Whatever you need that has to do with providing care for my wife that I am completely serious about. If there is something that can be done to help her in her healing process, please inform me of it."

The corner of Evangeline's eyes crinkled as she gave a chuckle at Lord Alexsander and his enthusiasm toward his wife.

Kane's eyes followed and surveyed the nurse as she wheeled a one-legged metal mayo stand over to Giselle's bedside, placing all the necessary sterile items she would need in order to change her dressing.
