"Zip me up?" Helena requested, in an hospital lounge.
"Sure." Mark agreed, zipping the back of Helena's red dress, by the mirror. As he did, he pressed a kiss to her neck, making the girl smile. "Tie my tie?"
With a nod, Helena turned around, beginning to work on the man's tie.
"You know, when we went to Derek and Meredith's, yesterday, I realized how much I missed when Ali was that small. Just a tiny little bundle of cuteness." Helena told her husband.
"I do, too." Mark agreed. After a moment of silence, the man reflecting, he let out. "Why don't we, you know... have another one?"
"Another baby?" Helena froze in her movements, her voice soft.
"Yes, I mean, I've told you, I want as many as you'll give me. It'd a good age gap between Ali and the baby. And we'd be an even number, so we can make teams when we play, when they're older..." He suggested, trying to hide his excitement at the prospective.
"You've thought quite a lot about this..." The short girl pointed out.
"I have. So, what do you say? Let's have another baby?" He tried, smiling.
"Absolutely!" Helena agreed, with a smile. "Let's have another baby."
However, as excited as she was for the idea of having another child, there was something in her that made her scared. Scared of not being able to protect the new baby, like she hadn't been able to protect Henry.
And that feeling, almost in her gut, made her feel almost as scared as she was excited.

"Good nigh." Helena greeted, approaching Cristina and Callie, at the gala. Looking around at all the circus performers, she let out. "So, this is... ."
"That's one way to put it." Callie chuckled.
As Meredith approached them, Cristina let out. "Meredith Grey, as I live and breathe. I haven't seen you in ages, how's Derek liking maternity leave?"
"He's on leave." She corrected. "We have a deal. I don't work, neither does he."
"That's smart." Helena agreed. "Oh, I'm so doing that the next time."
"It's working out well." The blond nodded.
At that, both Callie and Helena shared a look, the older woman speaking up.
"We went to spend the afternoon with you, the other day, for the girls to have a play date." Callie pointed out. "You're bored out of your minds. You've got all this pent up surgical energy and now everything is a competition."
"It is not." Meredith denied.
"And he's winning." Helena sang, with a giggle.
"He's winning?" Cristina gasped.
"He is winning, he couldn't even get Zola to put her shoes on tonight. I did that. got her to put her shoes on. So I'm winning." The general surgeon aggressively argued, making the three women stare at her, amusedly. "I need to come back to work."
"Drinks?" A creepy voice called out behind Helena, making her turn around to see a waiter in full clown makeup. At that, she jumped slightly, taking her hand to her chest, as the man walked away.
Callie and Cristina chuckled, the cardio surgeon pointing out. "That's the creepiest waiter I've ever seen."
"Bailey's gonna lose her mind, she can't stand clowns." Callie chuckled, then becoming more serious. "It's gonna be hilarious."
"Bailey's not coming." Meredith corrected.
"We can do that?" Helena tilted her head.
"Ok, I have been dreading having to be in the same room as Arizona. If this isn't mandatory, I'm going home." The other surgeon shook her head.
"Oh, nobody is going home!" Jackson argued. "I'm giving 10% of tonight's take to the department that raises the most money. Spread the word."
"Derek's really good at this kind of thing. I should get started before he does." Meredith realized.
"I think him and Mark already have." Helena pointed to the charming duo, juggling in front of some people.

"Oh, Helena, darling." An older lady let out, approaching the pediatric surgeon. "I haven't seen you in so long."
"Ms. Geller!" Helena smiled, going in for a hug. "It's good to see you."
Ms. Geller was one of the big Campos-Lima Organization donors that Helena had invited.
"You are so grown up! Last time I saw you was... seven years ago, maybe? You had just graduated medical school, so young." The woman told her, delighted to see the young girl. "Oh, you're mother has had to tell me about you. I hear you got married and had a little girl and a little boy, Alice and Henry?"
At that, Helena's stomach dropped a bit, as she nodded. "Yes... I-I did. I'm so glad you could come, Ms. Geller. How have you been?"
"Oh, you know, it's all the same... I go to your mom's events, have coffee with friends, travel every now and then... all the same, dear. It's good you have a family, you won't end up old and lonely like this old hag." She joked, putting her wrinkled hand on top of Helena's.
"Oh, Ms. Geller, we both know it wasn't because of a lack of suitors. A beautiful woman such as yourself could still find a partner any time." She smiled, making the woman blush and take her hand to her chest.
