Capítulo 146: No Trust

Gemma in her sleep stretched her hand to Miguel's side of the bed but was surprised to find it empty. She opened her eyes and found the room to be empty as well. She got out of bed wondering where Miguel could be. It was just past 6 am. Since they got back together, it was the first time that she woke up without Miguel by her side.

As she threw on her robe her eyes caught a note that was on the nightstand.

"Hey sleepy head, I went out for a run."

Gemma smiled as she placed the note back on the nightstand. For the past few days she has been living in a bubble with Miguel, she wakes up to him cuddling her for days she has forgotten that he usually goes out for jogs every morning.

She hummed to herself as she headed downstairs to make herself coffee. A notification came on her phone and she checked it to see it was her mother asking that they see. For the past week, Gemma has been ignoring her parents' calls and texts.
