She talked about how she hid her pregnancy in fear of the child being targeted and used against the prince. Then she explained the way she had faked a lab accident to cover for her birth and how it was a blessing in disguise when she actually had to take time off because their son erupted with fire and burned her the moment he took his first breath. 

She finished by saying how long it took her to recover and how painful scar therapy was in order for her to regain movement and feeling through the scar tissue on her body. She told him that she still suffered from occasional pains as the nerves slowly healed themselves. The doctors told her it could last for years.
