" Indeed my Lord, I come with a solution to this problem, but you might not necessarily like it " the unnamed god said as he cautiously tried to counsel Rudra, fearing that he might anger him more if he brazenly gave his suggestion. 

" Speak " Rudra said as he mentally prepared for some untasteful counsel. 

" You need to re-enter the universe directly in the middle of a populated city. There due to the high population density and the fact that you will be posing as a tier0 or tier1 warrior which constitutes over 50% of the universal population, you will blend right in and avoid the queen's detection.
