Freddy gives Manny, Harry and his team the list of how to build and improve speed better by moving his feet and head more whenever he throws a punch, to jump rope while sprinting, using hand weights during shadowboxing routines and to use the speed bag to improve the timing of his punches and their speed as well as to bounce tennis balls in order to improve his reflexes and catching them during shadow boxing.
