Capítulo 23: Elizas House ; Part One
Kara stealthily walked around looking for Pearl and Lena, she promised not to use her x-ray vision. Today they decided to play indoors paintball, they paid for just the 3 of them. They are currently on their last round ; Lena won the last 3.
The Super heard a noise behind her and quickly dived behind cover. She had Blue paint balls, Lena had red and Pearl had yellow. They have been trying to spend as much time together as they can especially the last couple weeks since Kara came home. Kara got her job back as a reporter and still obviously worked at the DEO. Pearl would hang out at the DEO while they worked, which she didnt mind because she made friends with most of the agents, and Alex, Winn and J'onn are her favorite.
She heard footsteps behind her and was about to look when a person jumped over the little red wall she was behind and faced her. Lena smirked behind her mask pointing her gun at the surrendering Super. "Any last words, love?"
Kara noticed Pearl behind her pointing the gun at Lena's back and she subtly grinned. "Goodbye love, and I'm sorry."

Lena put her gun down in defeat and turned around to the exited Pearl, "I got you!!"
"You shot a Luthor, congrats. I'm sure the world is jealous." She chuckled turned around to see Kara but saw no-one, "Get her pearl." She smiled and walked off to the sidelines.
Pearl was tempted to use her x-ray vision but knew she shouldn't. Although, Lena did tell her to get her, sooooo.... She looked around and spotted Kara climbing a ladder and ducking behind the enclosed walls surrounding her.
Pearl quietly ran over there whilst ducking behind what she could. She was 10 feet from the ladder and tip-toed over to it. She put her gun in her holster, she spotted a rock by her feet and picked it up, she threw it 50 feet away so Kara would she distracted by the sound. She gripped the ladder and slowly made her way up. Pearl looked over and saw Lena giving her a thumbs up and nodded. When her head was peeking over the ladder she saw Kara peeking over the wall with her gun pointed in the direction her rock hit.
She grabbed her gun from her holster and pointed it at Kara's back and shot. The Super squeaked and jumped slightly before turning around. "Oh c'mon!"
"Gotcha!!!"Pearl took her mask off and stuck her tongue out at Kara grinning. Kara took hers off as well.
"I didnt win oneee!" She complained going down the ladder behind Pearl. Lena walked up to her with a pleased smile playing on her face.
"Its ok love, you can't be good at everything." She high fived Pearl and pulled her pouting Girlfriend in for a hug and softly cupped her face placing her lips on hers. They havnt done anything besides small kisses since what happened, so its currently been a month of abstinence, which sucked but Lena was ok with it and would wait as long as Kara needed.
They all made their way out of the building after taking all their gear and stuff off. The Super got a call from Alex and quickly answered. "Hey Alex!" There was a long pause and Kara's face lit up. "Yea that sounds like a great idea! Ok I'll talk to Lena about it, ok bye love you."
"Talk to me about what?" Lena questioned and held her hand as they walked down the side walk to the icecream shop.
"So Thanksgiving is coming up and Eliza, my adopted mom invited us to Thanksgiving at her house this year." She said happily, "we could all go up tomorrow and stay there for a week."
Lena looked nervous and didn't reply.
"What's wrong?" Kara asked.
"Nothing.. i.. its just, what if she doesnt like me." She sighed looking at the ground sadly, she doesnt have a good reputation with mothers.
Kara stopped and grabbed Lena's hands and Pearl stopped too and watched them.
"Listen honey, she will love you." She leaned in and kissed Lena's cheek softly and slowly and cupped her face searching her eyes. "I promise."
The Luthor smiled softly. "Ok. Also, did you just call me honey?" She raised an eyebrow smirking.
"I guess I did." She chuckled.
"You guys are so cute." Pearl pointed out watching them in awe.

Alex and Maggie went for a jog before coming to a stop and sitting on a bench panting and sweating. "Jeeze, your a hardcore jogger." Maggie chuckled nudging Alex's arm causing her to laugh as well.
"Yea, gotta keep in shape somehow." She shrugged lifting her shirt to wipe her forehead giving Maggie a small glance of her abs.
"Yea other then running around fighting humans and aliens every day." She laughed showing her perfect dimples.
Alex raised her eyebrows grinning at Maggie. "Fair point." She admitted. "So, what are you doing for Thanksgiving?"
The shorter woman sighed and drank water. "Probably gonna order take out and drink some beer, watch Netflix. I'm not sure yet." She let out a sad dry chuckle looking around.
"What? No that's not happening. Your g-
"Alex it's fine I promise." She gave her a warm smile.
"Nope, your going to Elizas house with me, we are leaving tomorrow, your taking work off, this isnt debatable."
Maggie shook her head, "Ale
"Nope."
"Wont it be awkward, bringing your ex fiance." She asked raising an eyebrow.
Alex looked at her shocked not knowing what to say, "N-no it's fine. Your going, now lets go pack." Maggie sighed and stood up with Alex as they proceeded to jog to her place.

Kara called Winn to invite him but he declined because him and James had plans already.
Kara and Lena were throwing folded clothes in their luggage along with makeup, hair brushes, tampons and pads just in case even though Kara as an kryptonian doesnt have periods and Lena just finished hers but you can never be to safe. They brushed their teeth, put the tooth brushes in bags and in their luggage. After they helped Pearl with packing they left to Lena's car.
Lena wasnt sure which Car to pick but they needed room for the 3 of them, including Alex and Maggie and their luggage. So she went with her custom Lamborghini Urus because its fast, and has alot of room.
