Capítulo 239: feeling important

"Good morning," Esmeralda whispered as Ethan opened his eyes. He gave her a soft and sleepy smile.

"Good morning," He whispered back. It felt good that she waited till the morning and slept beside him. Most of the time, they would do the deed and she would leave somewhere in the night. She usually did not stay in his room after the sex was over. It was an unspoken rule between the two of them.

"Shall we get up?" Esmeralda asked. It was kind of awkward for her right now. She should have left in the night when he fell asleep but she did not want to leave him. Thus, she ended up sleeping right here.

"Yes,"Ethan said, getting up. He placed a kiss on her lips and added, "Get ready in the evening. I will be taking you out."

"Is it a work meeting?" Esmeralda asked him.

"No?" Ethan said, looking at her.

"Is it not?" Esmeralda asked him.
