The Crown prince frowned after hearing the duke's words but he let it go because of the collapsed girl on the bed.

But Duke Dalton's chilly aura disappeared as soon as his gaze fall on his daughter and his fierce gaze turned into full of fear.

"Elleee!"

He called out her name before rushing to the bed and his blue eyes was trembling with anxiety.

The crown prince becomes surprised as he had always thought the duke was a merciless cold person, who didn't have any emotions.

But seeing him like this, he was beyond shocked.

"What's the matter, Elle? What's wrong with you?"

"…"

"What was so shocking to you? What is it that has distressed you so much as to collapse? Huh? Tell your papa..."

"…"

"Please tell me anything. I am frustrated as you keep your mouth shut."

"..."

"Are you upset because I came late? I'm sorry. If I had known this earlier, I would never have left you alone."
