Capítulo 105: Aftermath -2

After the party, Gerald, Kester and Oscar gathered on the mansion's balcony overlooking the beautiful garden.

It was Gerald who called them to have a conversation.

" Oh, you are here! I have been waiting for you." Gerald welcomes the two people.

" Father, I-" Kester was reluctant. It was he who banished his father all those years ago. He may have been a different person now, but some things are hard to forget.

" I know. You don't have to do it. You should visit sometimes, I know your mother will be happy." It was the first time in years they talked to one another.

" But, How can I face her after what I have done to her?"

" You know we both feel the same. I also hid some secrets from you." Gerald said as he looked over Kester's shoulder toward Oscar. It was he who sent Oscar away without informing his father.

The atmosphere was gloomy for a few seconds before Oscar changed the conversation.
