Tywin slumped into the his so called throne thinking about the lost chance with Tyrion.His legacy would gave been stronger and flourished if not for his mistake.
But then come Cercei Lannister she barged into meeting room ans questioned"Is it true that monster really left."
Tywin didn't say anything,he already knew Cercei followed his suit and hated Tyrion,it was not because of her mothers death,but from Tywin can guess it was because Tyrion's appearance.
Kevan decided to tell Cercei"This is not a small matter,we have lost another heir and Tyrion now has very close connections with Istari,which mean he will probably become very close to the King Eragon and Queen Rhaenyra.....Which is something your father has been trying to do for a long time.But now we probably will never be able to because now we attacked them."
Cercei didn't hear half of it and waved it off saying"We are lions and we don't need them."
Tywin frowned and zoned Cercei'a rant out,since he had to worry about the aftermath of this case.First thing Tywin did was make sure to silence everyone about this incident.

A part of Cercei still belived, but ever since she lost her chance with Rhaegar, she was lost and she had taken her anger by goading and taunting Tyrion.

,how the Five Kingdoms were not extactly anywhere near the top of the food chain and she belived the elves and Dwarves to be just stories.Even though her own father said otherwise.
On the other hand Jaime Lannister was lost, he lost his brother with one bad decision and now he didn't know what to do.
Now moving on to Rhaegar Targaryen was excited mainly because Queen Rhaenyra and King Eragon we're coming to Kingslanding after almost a century.

Rhaegar read a prophecy that said the Prince that was Promised he who has the song of Ice and Fire will save the world.Rhaegar belived it to be his children, but the issue was Elia wouldn't be able to have a third child.He remembered the prophecy spoke of Three heads of the dragon.
So he was somehow looking to find annother wife and this obsession with the prophesy would set everything in motion.
In Winterfell, Lyanna Stark was annoyed at Robert Bartheon the man in question had been going around and claiming they are betrothed, they would be married soon.
She hated it since Robert Baratheon was whoring idiot and she was hoping this was not the case, but when she went to speak to her father, she heard him talk about marriages and betrothals.
Lyanna mistook that conversation and belived that she was really betrothed to Robert.But the truth was Rickard was talking about betrothal of Brandon and Catelyn Tully.But being the stupid girl,she put slient treatment and would ignore father until,she finally saw the chance to escape thr marriage during thr Tourney.
Sure Rickard did get John Arryns proposal to marry Lyanna to Robert, but Rickard aleardy heard the fact Robert had 3 bastards already, so naturally he ignored it.
Rickard also knew Ned had fallen for Ashara Dayne, which made him talk with Lord of Starfall for marriage between them.
