Aella pushed her sister to the hallway which led to the backyard of the house so they could talk freely without anyone interrupting them.
"What is the matter? Why are you pulling me so hard?" Aurelia yanked her arm out of her hold as she flipped her hair over her shoulder.
"Look at this," Aella raised her sleeve to reveal the bruises on her arms from where the men gripped her tightly.
There were red and blue patches with handprints on both of her arms. She was thankful she wore long sleeves today or else it would have been visible to everyone.
"H-How did this-" Aurelia gasped with widened eyes.
"The thugs I met today. They were about to scar my face before Rohare stepped in," Aella answered as she pulled her dress back.
"But why?" Aurelia frowned.
"Exactly. You tell me why,"
"W-What do you mean?" her sister questioned.
How sweet of Bane. Did anyone feel slightly bad for Aurelia in this chap? She ain't that bad...
