Scott finally reached home and opened the door while hoping his friend didn't run into any trouble. Everybody in school knew Stewie very well and finding out that he was a vampire opened doors to the possibility of him being a homicidal maniac.
He locked the door behind him, his parents were probably still at work and he had some alone time to himself only to reach his room and find her sitting on his bed.
He was startled at first but later on found his composure.
She had also visited him last night and they were making small progress with their contracted friendship. He had come to know that she didn't really stay with other vampires and that she had been turned against her will even though at the time she was at the brink of death.
"What are you doing here and how did...?" He ended his question after noticing he had left his window open. He was lucky to have locked his door, if not he couldn't imagine what she would have done to the house.
"How're you?" She asked and he nodded in affirmation that he was fine but didn't care to return the question. Even though this was her third time coming over without harming anybody, he still didn't trust her and was still scared of the fact that she was a vampire.
Nicole could still sense the fear in him even after she had tried to tell him countless of times that she was a good guy but she couldn't blame him though, vampires all had a nature of looking for trouble.
The both of them once again stared at each other, drowning in the silence their quietness provided.
"Ummh, you don't happen to know who Stewie Grant is do you?" Scott asked. He didn't know what else to say and he felt staying silent like this might trigger her into doing something that he wasn't really comfortable with.
Nicole racked her head trying to remember if she recognized the name and unfortunately she didn't. She didn't know many vampires and not many vampires knew her and she was happy with life that way. Her lone life reduced the risk of being attacked or getting involved in petty vampire fights and she wasn't really cut out for that. She loved her quiet secluded life. It was a lot more easier.
She turned her head sideways telling him she didn't know who he was.
He rested his bag on the table relieving his shoulder of the duty of carrying them before settling on his study chair to face her.
"So, who is your witch friend, the girl?" She specified
Scott chuckled, he didn't really expect her to ask him such a question. But to him, Jade was more of a sister to him. He found it really weird dating his best friend's sister and so he had suppressed any type of feeling he was developing towards her. He didn't want a situation where his friendship with Eddie would end because he had broken up with his sister or he had been more occupied with his sister and had neglected their friendship.
"She's just a friend" he replied watching as a smile crept onto Nicole's face. She was pretty, her puerile attitude made her appear cute and harmless and even more attractive.
"So, I can be your girlfriend?" She asked.
Her straightforwardness always took him by surprise.
"Girlfriend?" He asked just to be sure and as usual she nodded in affirmation but he chose not to say a word before he regrets saying it.
He instead gave her a puzzled look before looking away laughing inwardly. He had just met her three days ago and he was expecting them to become lovers so soon. People always thought of him as a playboy because of his looks but he had always been faithful in all his relationships but they ended either way because the girls he dated just couldn't believe he wasn't cheating on them.
She had stood from the bed and approached him and that instant, his heart had began racing. She walked to him and tilted his face towards hers their eyes locking. He could see his reflection in her reddish pupils and she in his brown eyes.
She didn't say any more word and before he could protest, she brought her cold lips down on his, the warmth of his and the coldness of hers both combining to accentuate the flavor of their kiss.

Eddie avoided a swipe at his head and dodged a kick before getting clawed by the side of his stomach. He restrained a punch, the force pushed him backwards and his wrist had snapped in the process. He blocked another kick with his good hand, and dodged another claw attack.
He was bleeding from all over and he could see Jade watching them by the corner. Stewie had reached him once more and had pushed him to the wall before he delivered blow while Eddie was still pinned to the wall. Eddie managed to get an opening and head butted the vampire before punching him away with his good wrist. He fell to the ground. Panting heavily while the vampire rushed towards him.
He had had enough of the beating and he rarely got the chance to even cast a spell. He was being blitzed before he could even think of a spell talk less of performing it.
He held the attacking vampires wrist and snapped it before flinging it into the wall. His eyes had turned yellow and his broken wrist had healed up.
He felt the pain of his nails tearing through his flesh as they grew beyond their normal length. He wasn't going to fully transform, only a mild one.
The vampire was still faster but he was able to keep up this time at least, their raw power now evenly matched.
He blocked a claw swipe from the vampire before delivering a jaw shattering uppercut to him sending upwards, he jumped up and reached the flying boy before elbowing him down into the earth.
Blood exploded from stewie's mouth on impact just before he grabbed Eddie by the collar and head-butted him before throwing him off his body.
He wiped the blood from his mouth and stared at the man in front of him. He was different from what he was before, and he was sure witches weren't capable of transformation. This was definitely something else. He thought just before he attacked the boy once more. But this time around he wasn't aiming for him, he was going for something more precious to him, the girl that stood behind him.
"Foolish creature" Jade said already realizing what the vampire had in mind, she had seen his eyes trail off her before he sprung forward. She stretched forth her arm and in as instant, the vampire was on it's knees, it's hands wrapped around his head as it screamed in pain.
Jade had taken the attack on her a little too personal and had done far much damage, he began bending the creature backwards, it's bones cracked and broke the more he tried to resist her control.
Blood now spilled out from her two nostrils and in one last final attempt, she broke the creatures spine, snapping it in two before dropping to her knees. She wiped her bloodied nose with the back of her palm while doing her best to control her breath through the liquid filled nostrils.
She finally got to her feet and Eddie had walked towards her, a smile on his face as he approached.
"Thought you said you wouldn't help?" He mocked"
"Shut up!" She snapped before walking close to him and before he could blink, they were gone, away from the alleyway and in front of their house.
