Capítulo 27: Chapter 48: Nice surprise
Jeremy and Tony arrived at Steve's house. They were greeted by the butler who took them upstairs to were Tony was sitted having his before party drinks.
"Hey! you made it."
"Yeah, we did. Seems like we're a little early though." Tony said
"Yeah, the party starts by ten. But join me and have some drinks." Steve said with a wild grim.
"Sure why not. But you still owe me big time. It was crazy hard trying to convince Jeremy to come here with me." Tony said.
"Still haven't found out what's bothering him." Steve asked completely ignoring the fact that Jeremy was right in front of him.
"No. You know how he is, hard as a rock." Tony replied and Steve laughed.
Jeremy ignored them both. He took off his jacket and sat down.
Steve took an empty glass and poured a drink and passed it to Jeremy.
"So are you ready to forget all your problems tonight." Steve said as Jeremy took the glass from him.
Jeremy didn't reply he just took a sip.
"I got you a nice surprise." Steve said with a smile but Jeremy didn't respond.
"What did you get for him?" Tony asked instead.
"You'll see." Steve said smiling sheepishly as he took a sip of his drink. "It also came with a bonus for me." Steve added.
"And what could that be exactly?" Tony asked again.
"I told you already you'll find out."
"Then stop talking about it."Jeremy replied. The first words he had spoken since he got there.
"Fine. But l assure you will be suprise when you see my suprise." Steve said with a grim.
