This building was recently erected.

Without hesitation, he walked closer.

On entering inside, Legolas' eyes beheld 3 familiar faces. Apart from Core Protector Shanks, Newton and White Flame Eleanor were already here, he was the last to make it to the scheduled leadership meeting.
