“There’s usually danger around men that everyone wants a piece of. Alphas, femmes, and many organizations want to affiliate with your now former Alpha.” Carlos rested his head on Mila’s.

“When you find your mate, you will have more family,” Mila hugged him back.

“When?” Carlos held Mila a little longer. “Yeah, I’ll definitely bring her over. Now let’s get your room set up so you girls can sleep comfortably tonight.”

Mila let Carlos go. She held onto his arms. “You will find her. If she doesn’t do right by you—” her eyes glowed brightly.

Carlos chuckled. “Okay, I will remind you of this when I am beating up your mate for being an idiot.”

“You’re the big brother. I’ll just sit on the sidelines and act like I want you to stop.”

She felt her hair get ruffled as he laughed even harder. They quickly set up her room and then set one up for the boys.

For tonight, the boys would sleep on air mattresses while they put in order and set things up.
