Next day

Angelina took her time getting ready for today's show. She put on her blazer and her signature black high heels. "It's time to steal the show," she said to herself in the mirror.

Lucy stood there, watching her boss's actions. She was aware that her boss was in a good mood, which meant that someone would be in trouble. Who is to blame? Who told them to be brave enough by messing with Angelina Hunt?

"At what time the press conference will be held?" Angelina asked while giving herself a last look in the mirror.

"It will take place at one o'clock in the afternoon," Lucy responded.

"Hmm." Angelina hummed and turned to face her assistant with a solemn expression.

Lucy straightened her back in response to her boss's solemn expression, thinking that he was about to tell her something important.

"How much compensation should I seek?" As I had to suffer from emotional distress, and that girl attempted to murder me and tried to ruin my beautiful face by throwing that stone." Angelina said this while touching her face.

"What if it leaves a scar on my face?"

Lucy's mouth twitched as she heard her boss' unimportant matter. "Ahem. Boss, don't you want to find out who's behind this?" she cleared her throat and asked her.

"There is no need," Angelina said with a sarcastic smile. " I already know who would be foolish enough to play such childish tricks."

Angelina arrived at the H&A headquarters to find a large crowd of reporters waiting outside.

"They appeared impatient," Angelina muttered under her breath.

Angelina began to concentrate on her work as soon as she arrived at the office.

Knock Knock

A knock came on the door. Lucy entered the room, holding a package.

Angelina raised an eyebrow as she examined the contents in her assistant's hand.

"Boss, your admirer... cough, I mean Mr. Aderson had sent you this breakfast."

Angelina got up, moved over to the office couch, and sat down. Have said, "Put it here."

When Lucy found that she had left her job to have breakfast, she was surprised.

"Why are you holding out? Come have breakfast with me. It must be sufficient to satisfy the needs of our stomachs."

All of the reporters arrived for the press conference at one o'clock in the afternoon. Some of them believed that the company was attempting to cover up the flaw in their products by presenting them with forged proof.

"I have done all of my research, and if the company tried to show any false results, We can find it on the spot and I will undoubtedly expose them." One of the young reporters attempted to demonstrate his righteous act.

"I also believe H&A will find it difficult to explain this matter. We saw that girl's medical report, and it was clear that the harmful chemical in that beauty cream ruined her face." one female reporter stated.

"This time, we're not going to let Angelina off the hook." She was arrogant and had a negative personality. She always tried to show the influence of money." The other reporter was enraged. Angelina sent a warning letter to their companies in response to the Jackson incident. They still held grudges against her for this.

Angelina eventually appeared in front of them. She could tell that the majority of them had come to see her in her difficult situation.

'Why do these people despise me?' I've already agreed to let them come here.' Angelina thought to herself. If those reporters knew what she was thinking, they would puke blood.

"Are you going to accept Miss Angelina, that it was your company's fault for producing such a hazardous product?" The question was posed by one of the reporters.

Angelina tilted her head and looked that reporter in the eyes, saying, "Why are you so certain that it was my company's fault?"

"It appears you haven't done your research before coming here," she said with a devilish smile on her face. "That is why you are so prejudiced against me and believe that I will be the one to lose today."

That reporter began to break out in cold sweat. What she said was correct; the majority of them had only heard that girl's side story.

"Victims must be present here before we can explain everything." Angelina explained. Following the presentation of the young girl who claimed to be the victim in front of everyone.

"What are you up to? I have the right to file a complaint against you for kidnapping me." When some guards dragged that girl in front of everyone, she began to scream.

That girl had covered her face with a mask, but it couldn't hide the anger and hatred in her eyes.

Angelina approached that girl slowly and gently removed her mask. She examined her face with her chin held up. "Touché, young girls don't even know how to care for their faces." She clicks her tongue.

"You have ruined your face for a small sum of money. What if your face is permanently disfigured?" She spoke in hushed tones that only the two of them could hear.

A shiver ran down that young lady's spine. Every female species is mostly concerned with their beauty; even if it left a pimple mark, they tried every remedy and used various products to make it disappear from their face. But look at what she'd done.

Angelina felt satisfied as she watched the girl's horrified expression. She took a step back to put some space between them and said, "I am asking you for the first and last time. Are these rashes on your face caused by my company's face cream?"

The girls began to feel uneasy, and fear crept into their hearts. "Yes... Yes I... It was your H&A face cream that I used on my face, and I developed these rashes after using it." She became nervous and began to stutter.

"Oh, where did you get this cream? You must have product invoices." Angelina inquired.

That girl began to feel uneasy. "I... I had... I had... ordered it online."

"Oh, so you have to order it from an online store. Hmm." Angelina paused before asking, "You look so young, so you must be a student, or are you working to earn some money?"

"No, I'm just a student." The girl responded in a low tone.

The reporters present were perplexed to see her questioning the girl.

"Miss Hunt, why are you asking her irrelevant questions? Are you attempting to draw attention away from the main topic?" The reporter inquired.

"These are important questions for all of you to know the true victim here," Angelina said with a mysterious smile.
