Returned to Chicago Poppy rushed home and straight back to work. Time had passed so quickly that she hadn't even thought about the fact her shop was being ran by strangers. When she started work the next morning she found the place had two new seamstresses working on her new line and three new employees taking care of the shop and running sales. With Luke's people in charge in her absence, they had even promoted Liza to the manager and she was doing an amazing job.
"Wow. I guess you don't even need me here anymore."
"Sure, we do," Liza said with a smile. "I miss you, Poppy. I'm glad you're back."
"Poppy? You know my real name."
"Yeah. Luke stopped by a few days ago and told me everything. I went on social media, and he helped me with what to say to our customers about the mix-up. Turns out, our store got even more attention because no one liked Claudia anyway."
"That means… Oh no… I have to call Luke. Can you excuse me for a moment?"
