"What are we going to do here, My lady?" Caled asked while following me. 

"To my bastard mate's castle and end what is between us," I answered him as I saw the ark, which is the entrance of the castle's property. 

"But is it not dangerous?"

"It will be. I bet they will tighten their security because I came in there easily," I answered before giving him one of the daggers I took from Heinz's house. "Use that for self-protection, but I strongly suggest you stick to my side. The dogs here are rabid."

"R-rabid?" He asked me before he hugged the dagger. 

"Don't hug that thing. Hold it tight. That thing is made to kill, not to hug," I told him, a little irritated. 

If Caleb is an irritating bastard, this one is like a baby, a crybaby. Twins, ugh. 

"O-okay. S-sorry," he stuttered.
