"Lead him to my study. I'll speak with him there," I told him.
"Yes, Alpha," he said.
I took a deep breath before leaving my room and headed to my study room on the first floor of the pack house. Two of his guards were guarding the door as I walked inside. I closed the door and faced him.
"For three months, where have you been?" A worried Rebel face greeted my eyes.
If I was the old Raven who didn't remember what he did, I might feel the genuine worry on his face. But that's not me anymore. In my head, the scene of what he did to my family keeps on replaying, which made me angry towards him.
"Took a vacation," I answered him. "And I made up my mind. I'll decline our agreement. I won't marry you and become your queen."
Rebel's face was in shock.
"What? You don't mean what you say, Raven," he said, trying to regain his bearings from what I said.
"I meant it," I answered him.
