Vanda's playful demeanor faltered slightly, her smile fading. "Scheming? Oh, Rosina, always so quick to assume the worst of me," she stated, shaking her head in disapproval.
Rosina wasn't faltered by Vanda's words. They had known each other for a long time, so she knew Vanda had other motives. "Don't f^ck with me," she replied, rolling her eyes.
"Can't a friend check in without being accused of sinister motives?" Vanda gasped, pouting.
Rosina stepped closer, her tone low and biting. "You've never been one for harmless visits, Vanda. Every time you show up, chaos follows. I need to know— what do you want from Gastone?"
Upon hearing Rosina's words, Vanda couldn't help but laugh. "Oh my gosh! Hahaha! Are you hearing what you've said, dear Rosina? Chaos doesn't follow me…" she stated in between laughs.
"Vanda…" Rosina spoke warningly, referring to Vanda not to cross the line.
"Souls don't meet by accident."
