The emperor introduced the man to them and talked about him very proudly. For a fact, Felix knew this third prince was favoured by the emperor due to some internal family issues. But he never got to know that reason though. However, many people expected this third prince to become the next emperor seeing how the emperor trusted him and the third prince got involved in a lot of political matters.

As for Felix, he personally admire his skills and intelligence. He couldn't deny this guy had the aura to become an emperor.
