Capítulo 334: Surprise!

Qi Zheng stared at the message for a long time.

An idea came to his mind, but it seemed that he was unable to process it.

"Qi Zheng?" A colleague tapped his shoulder. When Qi Zheng looked up, the colleague shot him a puzzled look. "Are you coming or not?"

Qi Zheng glanced at his phone again. "It's fine." He looked at his colleague and flashed an apologetic smile. "Something comes up. It seemed that I cannot join you this time." He gathered his belongings and rushed out of the lab, leaving his colleagues looking at him in puzzlement.

Qi Zheng slowed down his pace as he was about to reach the elevator. He took out his phone again and stared at Yun Shu's messages. After a brief hesitation, Qi Zheng finally called his wife's phone using an app. The call was quickly connected and Yun Shu's soft voice was heard on the other line.

"Hello? Qi Zheng? Did you just leave the lab?"
