"You work for me, right?" Mickey Xing said with a certain tone. "Not the other way around. I pay you well to follow my commands, not disobey it."
"I... Yes. Yes, you're right, sir." The guard helplessly agreed, letting him in.
Mickey Xing firmly believe that in order for hypnosis to be fully effective, it needs to have truth within it that the recipient could believe. He had been hypnotizing his whole HQ without any of them realizing or anyone even seeing it as hypnotism even if you tell them.
To these people, he was simply being authoritative. Reasonable. Logical.
That's all there is to hypnotism, really. Logic.
But that wasn't what he does. He counters logic, actively trying to reach the bounds if what the human mind could believe.
