Capítulo 137: Alliance

"I appreciate your presence here today, Seo-yeon." Ree said as she removed the wet hair sticking to her face as she looked up at Seo-yeon. "Is Ho-jin here with you?"

Seo-yeon looked back at Ho-jin who was just standing with his hands inside his pocket under the umbrella with one of the bodyguards holding it. 

Ree looked up at Ho-jin before Davis helped her up. Davis had a hint of uncertainty in his expression but he didn't say a thing. 

Ree walked towards Ho-jin with Seo-yeon by her side. As Ree stopped before him, Seo-yeon stood next to Ho-jin with her arms wrapped around his. 

"I'm sure you're surprised why I invited you here today." Ree said as she looked up at Ho-jin, trying not to get intimidated by his cold look. 

"Of course, I'm still surprised why my biggest rival's sister had to call me."

Ho-jin looked down at her due to the hight difference and Seo-yeon smiled gently as she saw how Ree was getting intimidated already.
