Qiao Jing was first stunned, then looked up and when she saw Zhan Qipei, her expression clearly turned into a daze.

Zhan Qipei looked at Qiao Jing's slightly reddened forehead, instinctively furrowing his brows, and his irritation increased.

"Are you okay?" Lu Zijin asked, looking at Qiao Jing with concern that nearly spelled "heartache" across his face.

Seeing Lu Zijin like this, Zhan Qipei yanked Qiao Jing behind him and took a step forward, blocking Lu Zijin's line of sight.
