George and Dmitri had an appointment over lunch. And so when Dimitri made his presence known inside the room, George wasn't surprised. He was looking through the window over the view of a rainy day in Washington Dc and focusing on catching his breath. He'd have to argue with his father some other time.

The nonsense George heard coming out of Dimitri's mouth meant little to nothing to him right now, he was way too angry to get angrier because of something like that. He knew that Dimitri had his eyes on Cynthia and he guessed that it wasn't new. And so what he heard coming out of Dimitri's mouth was not unexpected.

What he saw when he turned around to face Dimitri on the other hand was something extremely unexpected.
