Capítulo 28: Delays with great blessings. .
I saw a message on a post saying, "There will be people that would guide and give you advices." It was really true because my pastor let us go to our mother church in Cebu City for an interview for our coming wedding. It was for pastor Charlie who had the license for our marriage contract. Jayson and i went there to pass our documents. We had a long conversation with pastor Charlie and her wife sister Sally. We were both happy and excited that day because we decided to have our wedding on October 21, 2022 but it was being moved to 25 because pastor Charlie was invited to have a conference at Davao for a week. They asked who would be our 12 sponsors and we were not yet ready who could it be. They said that we should include pastor Ian and our pastor in our mother church in Lagtang. We have known some of them and include in the list. They were already listed down even though we did not yet invite them uet. 😁😅 They adviced me that when i became a wife i should gave love and respect to Jayson. Jayson was also adviced that he would also love and care for me with freat affection. That we must use ourlives to God and continue to serve Him. They also asked about us when we were saved, baptized and what changed within us. We shared everything to them and pastor Charlie and sister Sally prayed us over laying their hands. It felt so good to hear and know them personally. I felt so blessed that day! ❤️➕️❤️ When we went home we decided to go to church but before we arrived something happened inside the bus trip. I was reading my Bible and i have read, "Jesus preach the Gospel" I felt in my heart that God want me to do something and i prayed, "Holy Spirit please help me speak your word. Get this fear and place it with confidence." Then i started to preach calmly with the people on the bus. I had spoken it clearly sharing what i knew about Jesus and His word. Jayson was a bit shocked that i was able to preach in the bus and did not even told him. It was actually my first time to preach in the bus. Jayson had a fire to preach too and he tapped my right arm because he wants to take my place. He doesn't like that he would only listen to me so i gave him a chance. Many did listen and accepted Jesus Christ there. Some were amazed too for preaching the Gospel inside the bus. When we arrived at our destination we decided to eat bbq for our lunch and we went to our church in Naga City after. We told pastor Ian what happened on our mother church with pastor Charlie. We also asked him a favor to invite the pastors we listed as sponsors because he had a contact number with them.
The last Sunday service for our church was great. The pastor in Lutopan Cebu was one of our sponsors and we invited him personally. They went there at noon time after the morning service because they have seven souls to be baptized.
🙏➕️🙏 We prepared food for all and they also brought other foods. They were so many and they all went to the ocean to swim. When they were evangelizing them the weather was very cloudy and a bit rainy. We followed them at the ocean to have our out reach there. Many testified Jesus in their lives including us and the disciples from Lutopan. There were other people too that is getting drunk and having fun on the beach. We preach to them that Sunday is for the Lord and that their lives could be change by Jesus just like us. 🙏➕️🙏
We went back to church on Tuesday because it's already our time to transfer to our new church. Jayson brought a saw and hammers for fixing and destroying the area. We had many brothers who helped during that day. My sisters and me already went to our new church to prepare food for them. We were glad that many supported us especially when we borrowed a truck service for carrying our things. Jayson was so tired and hardly breathing because of carrying heavy loads upstairs towards us. He was almost going to faint but he prayed to God to help him. He rested for awhile and he was going fine then. We ate together that afternoon and others went home. We decided to stay there and help them clean and arrange some things from the church. I felt everyone was super tired but i know in their hearts that they were happy helping with each other. Everything was fixed and so beautiful! We also had our dinner there because a miracle happened. When we ate our lunch the rice was just little and many ate but still many rice was left. When we went home we ride with our brother Ellie to his bicycle he rented. He was worried that day because he only helped at our church and was not able to have a passenger. After we ride with him i gave him money for his rental and also an extra income for his needs. I know it wasn't that big but i know in his heart that he was still happy. I could say it because i felt his heart and heard it with his voice after he received the money and thanked us. I told Jayson when we were riding on a jeep, "I am so tired but i am so happy." The next day came and it's our first Wednesday service for our new church. I was so excited to praise and worship God again with my family in church. My heart was longing for God's word and presence. My happiness was filled again that nothing or no one can compare but JESUS. ❤️➕️❤️
