"Your smile is freaking me out. I feel like you are smiling wider at the thought of killing Cedric and it's more than how you smile when you look at me. Some women have husbands who like to go out hunting animals or maybe write a book. On the other hand, my husband gets his fun out of killing others. Not that I mind when I benefit from your hobby," Amelia said, looking at Cedric who had no idea he was being watched. 

Killian's love for killing benefitted her as she would not have to lift a finger or plot to kill her enemies. As long as he was not hurting anyone innocent, Killian could keep this hobby. 

"If Cedric is afraid of a spider, will the demon create an illusion of a spider? Perhaps a giant one? How does this work?" Amelia asked. She wanted to see what Cedric would see when the demon started to bring his fears to life.
