Capítulo 18: Chapter 018
After Aki and me sat around talking for a while , Charles and Scarlett came walking through the door. "Good morning, how are you doing this lovely day." Charles said with a warm smile.
Scarlett and him sit down on the couch and start talking about their day, but I interrupt them. "So I think it's time to start my revenge."
They both stop and look at me. "FINALLY!!! I waited so long for this Angelic Justice Squad to start." Scarlett screamed out.
I flinch back. "Uhh yeah I guess I have made you guys wait for quite awhile. So sorry for that, also not way in hell am I going under the name Angelic Justice Squad."
Michael busted out laughing telling me what a fitting name it would be since their are two archangels on my side. I grimace and look towards Aki with a pleading look.
She smiled and I felt hope. "Sure I don't mind if we call ourselves Angelic Justice Squad."
I fell into the pits of despair.
"Please god no! I can't it's to much for me please Michael reincarnate me I beg you!" I started cringing inwardly thinking about how I might have to introduce myself as Angelic Justice Squad.
Everyone started looking at me with pity but I didn't really care. I look up imploring them, with my eyes to change their minds.
Charles started laughing as loud as Michael. "Don't worry Jake that's not going to be the group name if you don't want it to be." I sigh in relief. "It's going to be, Super Team Buddy Force of Michael the Archangel of humility and Gabriel the Archangel of Chastity Friendship Forever Alpha Team #Michael4ever Angelic Justice Force."
I turn pale and collapse…
"Wow that went so much better than I ever thought." Aki said as she watched Jake collapse with his eyes rolling back. "I mean I didn't actually expect him to faint from hearing the names we thrown together just to mess with him. I mean we already have names, Apostles of Archangels. I don't think he remembers though since he did just faint."
"It was a busy day for him learning about how much the man and women stepped up their game." Charles and Scarlett also knew about the man and women expanding their organization. It was Jake who was the last to learn.
"But it gave us the time to properly get ready for whatever Jake has planned for his targets. I've been meaning to ask about that actually did Jake tell either of you what he has planned?" Scarlett asked the other two people who didn't faint.
Charles and Aki pondered their memories over the last 6 months of interacting with Jake and couldn't think of a single time it was brought up. Aki continued, "Training with him these past couple of months I only saw a guy who was willing to put in the work for something he believes in. To be completely honest I'm not sure he really has it in him."
Charles looks over at Aki in surprise. "I completely disagree," Aki looked at Charles and waited for him to continue. "Jake may seem like a really nice guy but I imagine that the pain on the day that he died is still fresh in his memories."
Aki tilted her head. "We'll I guess I can kind of understand what you mean. I still remember the day I died, it haunts me every time I wake up."
"That's not what I mean… Aki you train with him five out of seven days a week." She nods her head yes. "But on the days you aren't here Jake goes to the training room in the basement every chance that he gets. Every time I come here to work, I find him down there working on the basics you taught him."
Aki snaps her head and looks at Jake passed out on the floor. Not believing what she just heard. She then thought back to the times that they were training and realized how much better Jake would be after the two day weekend break.
"So that's what I mean by Jake having what it takes to take revenge on the man and women. For one I'm so glad he isn't a enemy of mine." Charles stated with certainty.
